Worker of the Month is a monthly award within HDA!

The hardest-working members among both iCs and non-iCs have the chance to win Worker & iC Of The Month through any in-base activity (promotions, trainings, and scouting). The person with the highest in-base activity by the end of the month, garnering the highest point total, will be crowned as the "Worker Of The Month."

Winners are awarded with:
- 50 credits
- Can wear the WoTM badge for a Month
- Will be featured on our Twitter page
- Will be featured here on our website
- An exclusive WoTM Discord role
