Going through the ranks how do you feel now at the rank you are at?
Answer:
Well, I remember when I joined thinking this was a ''one time thing'' and now I realised that HDA has become my family. I have many friends here and I love them all equally; now that am AD, it has become a bit more challenging than previous roles. I love being DoTT as well as Head and Chief. I love to be challenged and AD is something rather challenging and  it's been great so far.



What makes you come online to work in HDA?
Answer:
I have sooo many friends to come online too and HDA has helped me through a lot of rough patches when I have been alone in RL or if my parents were rather homophobic to me during the day and I would come online to HDA and it cheers me up every time :)



Tell us a small story about something that is important to you that happen in HDA.
Answer:
One of them was when Emma said that I was her favourite worker (no like I have the SS) :P
Probably when I passed the 4iC trials as well as passing Transfer Team trials!! :D



Tell me about a time you faced a conflict while working as part of a team.
Answer:
When I was in Transfers Team I never faced any conflict at all xD so I don't have any stories to give.  



What are your strengths and weakness?
Answer:
My Strengths are:
- Hard working
- Creativity
- Patience

Weaknesses:
- Time Management
I don't know what other weaknesses I need to put in there but yeah.. xD



Where do you see yourself in the year of 2019 at HDA?
Answer:
Well, I'm not 100% sure as HDA can be really unpredictable but I hope to still be as active and hard working, continue to grow in HDA!



If you had to give a shout out to one member that you have known since you been here at HDA who it would be and why?
Answer:
Artymartyz (Aka Bella) we have been close since the day we have met on there! We EVEN lived in the same town when we grew up!! hahaha, she's my best friend and I love her to bits :)



What is one of the most useful things that you have learned from HDA?
Answer:
One of the useful things that I have learned that everyone learns at a different pace and everyone is unique to their own way of doing things. We have to respect everyone's differences as well ^_^
