-​​What is National Punishment?
If a member or group have purposely decided to cause harm or threaten to cause harm towards Habbo Defence Agency then with agreement of all Founders the member or group will be placed on our National Punishment.  Our current and future allies will be informed of any members or groups currently on the National Punishment list and are asked politely to deny access for these members or groups to join their agency or create relationships with them. If anyone on the National Punishment list is found to be working at an allied agency we will provide details on the reason why they have been placed on the list and will be politely asked to remove the members rank. If any of our members are placed on a different National Punishment  we will kindly ask them to provide details on reasons along with evidence in order for HDA to make the right decisions we think are appropriate.​

Reasons for being added to National Punishment:
- Trashing HDA Official Rooms
- Raiding within HDA
- Poaching HDA Members
- Threatening to expose personal details
- Not accepting Rafiki as your one true Goddess
- Threatening to cause harm to others (DDOS, Hacking etc)
