As everyone knows, this week was Founder Appreciation Week! Everyone had a chance to dress up and participate. There was also a way for people to send in compliments to any founder or even their favorite.
Founders do so much for us everyday, and we don’t take the time to notice or thank them enough. Each and every one of them, those who left and those who are still here, are all amazing and they’ve contributed in their own ways. They’ll forever be appreciated and I personally enjoy all of their presences. Below are a few of our members who sent a founder a compliment, and a few photos I’ve gathered throughout the week.

Q asked: How would you describe being an iC and what tips would you give lower ranked members looking to move up? AnnePark IA Officer It is challenging and fun at the same time. I'm especially glad that my friends help me to overcome the hardships and that's one of the big reason why I'm at this spot. My tips is to always be confident! Do not afraid to apply all the applications. Remove the "i'm sure I'm not getting it" thoughts and always stay positive 💜 xGLAD Director of Senior Executive My Job as an iC is to be a role model to everyone. 1 Tip that I would share is that to be nice with every single person in base members / vip / sv whoever. People will notice your kindness <3 Shikiri Head Of Junior Executive Honestly, make sure to speak to the current leaderships to find out which one really does suit you, or you might end up regretting that choice, and later on realize it’s not for you. I’ve done that in the past. Also, don’t let the fact your iC change how you are around base and with others. I’ve seen so many get caught up in being iC that they ended up fired or demoted because they can’t control their selves, and changed. Being extra strict, not dealing with situations right etc. Stay true to who you are. You don’t need to change to match your role, we want you to be you, and don’t change that. Yes we have to implement rules, but there is ways to go about it, and still get the best results. DianeLuvXavier Vibrational’s Representative Being an iC is genuinely so much funner than not being one. Yes there are more tasks that you are responsible for, but there are other iCs responsible alongside with you for those tasks so it doesn't fall all on you. There's a lot more excitement with increasing tasks as you go up the iC division systems. You have so much more accessibility to help others below you and you really do become a guidance to those that wish up to move as well. iC ranks although may seem overwhelming are generally exciting and completely doable. A tip to all those in lower ranks wanting to move is to be active, apply to trials and special divisions, become knowledgeable about the CoC, volunteer helping out in tasks, & manage to balance these tasks well. alliyah70 IA Officer I Being an iC has a lot of responsibilities, and you need to have patience and dedication. iC's are the guardians of lower ranks. They're there to guide everyone, to make sure everything is right and everything is working perfectly to make sure HDA has a safe and joyful environment. I'd say my tips for lower ranks are to work hard, and don't stop trying. Patience and believing in yourself are keys to success ♥ FunStephanie200 Senior President Being an iC is definitely someone who will look up to u and it means that you have to also have to be helpful. So for me I will guide the JE/SE by telling them the correct thing to do or I will normally interact with them and tell them to ask me any questions freely so they can also clear their doubts. It also makes them feel like they want to be like you next time since there’s definitely more responsibilities that iC have but not giving up is the only that iC should have in mind. :D macambaek_ Trial Mod More responsibilities like tasks to look out for and complete within a specific time frame, commitments such as having to be online in base for hours and days and showing an exemplary character to the lower ranks. A tip would be to just stay active and work hard in base (when it is time to work, do not idle at the station), be polite and friendly to everyone, obey the rules of HDA and most importantly, create memories! Participate in games hosted by the events team so that you can make new friends or bond with the existing workers or as simple as giving every staff a drink, you will feel good about it ;) chuuukook Vibrational’s Representative Sometimes it's hard but believe me, you will get used to it and just enjoy it! It's fun and the best ever experience for you. Some tips, just be yourself and continue in doing great work and you will be part of iCs in no time. BUT! Don't overworked or be stress out yourself <3 naysarahx Assistant Director [AD] Well as an iC, i would think it's more about keeping in line, so that you are a role model towards the lower ranks and you should be active. Being an iC it means your duties you are assigned are important and you should be delivering it on time when asked. Tips i would give to the JE+ is to make sure you're active, and hardworking since we are looking for hard working members. Also to not work a lot that you don't have enough time to talk to your friends - so make sure you balance. When also ranking up, always include your friends, and don't think they're such losers being lower then me. ,Minarii blueunicorn30's rep My job as Founder's rep is representing my Founder, regardless attitude and behavior. My first tip for lower ranks will be always nice and kind to everyone, regardless any ranks. You will never know what happens next. ;) -amosiri, President As an IC it is my job to make sure that all stations are being run smoothly in base and participate in other tasks such as individual tasks. Being an iC will increase your experience and how to be a role model for others. It is hard work but in the end it is something that you’ll never forget. Being an iC is an awesome experience and increases your knowledge about HDA and what goes on behind the scenes of HDA. Tips for those who are applying would be: -Always be yourself -Do your best -Enjoy yourself gmcgraw Trial Elite Command Good, better, best. Never let it rest. I came from the dream-time From the dusty red-soil plains I am the ancient heart The keeper of the flame I stood upon the rocky shores I watched the tall ships come For forty thousand years I've been The first Australian -- I Am Australian The Seekers Hello everybody, As a fellow Australian, I would like to address something that has affected our country and our people. Australia has had its driest season on record, without relief from the drought and no break from the sun. There has been countless of fires raging across Australia. The world has seen it on the news and people have been donating money towards those who are affected by the bushfires. Bushfires can lead to devastation such as losing wildlife, houses as well as people. During the time of the bushfires, there were 23 people killed with numerous of houses lost and bushland burned to ashes. Our Australian iconic animals have wiped out such as koalas and kangaroos, Kangaroo Island and Port Macquarie, but really, all over Australia we have lost thousands of them to millions of them. It is a tragedy towards our iconic animals because it could lead to extinction. But many people have been brave enough to rescue the animals and bring them to wildlife hospitals. Here are the current statistics of Australia: ~ 10 Million hectares burned, including 5 million hectares burned in NSW alone. ~ 480 Million animals killed. ~ 5, 900 buildings. These statistics are some I’ve never seen before and it is something horrific. Truly an awful event. **GRAPHIC IMAGES AHEAD, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK.** To help those who have been affected by bushfires and to provide more help for the animal hospitals, please follow this link here as a list of official donation sites:

Please help in anyway you can. Australia is on fire. Rest In Peace to all animals and people. My Condolences are with people who have lost their homes. blog post written by -amosiri, Everyone comes and goes, but the way people impact us is something that lives on. These people have done wonders for HDA, and I’m sure have experienced such great memories. Whether it’s because of personal reasons, or they just feel completely burned out, I wanted to get their input on why they chose to have left. I had also wanted to see the perspective of those who had transferred into a different agency, but eventually came back. For those who left, they will still forever be a part of HDA and will be such a huge impact on what made HDA such an amazing place. Their hardwork and dedication, will always be appreciated. Aquora 1: What made you decide to leave HDA? Why? I had to leave due to personal reasons in real life, but I’m not happy that I had to leave on such short notice. I love HDA and I still try to visit as much as I can. 2: How did you feel when you worked at HDA? I enjoyed being at HDA. It was a wonderful experience most of the time. 3: Comparing between now and then, how has leaving impacted you? I feel more relaxed since I have less to worry about. calabases 1: What made you decide to leave HDA? Why? My reasons for leaving HDA were mostly personal, but I guess it was just my time to move on. I thought about it for some time before making the final decision. 2: How did you feel when you worked at HDA? I loved working at HDA, I met so many amazing people and achieved many great things, especially in my time of being in EA. I’ll never forget my time in HDA. 3: Comparing between now and then, how has leaving impacted you? Leaving was always going to be difficult and sad, but I’m happy where I am at the moment. I’ll always love HDA and I visit regularly. ShareTheCure 1: What made you decide to leave HDA? Why? I got sick of empty promises and I felt like a babysitter. 2: How did you feel when you worked at HDA? Wonderful most of the time, I love HDA x 3: Comparing between now and then, how has leaving impacted you? I found out who legit cared about me, and who doesn’t. That’s one of the biggest impacts. I still love HDA and still want the best for HDA. I have to think about what’s best for me, and sadly people can’t see that. cleode.nile 1: What made you decide to leave HDA? Why? I wanted to feel what it was like in another agency, how their system works. 2: How did leaving impact you? Did you regret the decision? Definitely, it had also made me feel upset when I left. 3: Do you feel you made a right decision coming back to HDA? Why? Of course, I love the people in HDA and the way the system runs, HDA isn’t too strict. Jeremiah1014 1: What made you decide to leave HDA? Why? I sometimes felt as if sometimes things weren’t fair with certain people in HDA, but they are no longer in HDA. 2: How did leaving impact you? Did you regret the decision? Leaving allowed me to get more experience in other agencies which allows me to be well rounded today , therefore I don’t regret gaining the experience but I regret not being loyal. 3: Do you feel you made a right decision coming back to HDA? Why? Yeah because with those other people gone, things are fair again and most people are chill. blog post written by Disstressed

Hi everyone! This is a post about Kindness! I love everything to do with kindness; being kind to others is a very important thing! As our iC’s are someone to look up to and those who are LR’s or even OP+, here are a few quotes from iC’s who have been inspired by these quotes or even tips towards others. :3 I’ll even post one that I particularly admire. -amosiri, ll Presidential (1iC) ‘’Most comedy is based on getting a laugh at somebody else's expense. And I find that that's just a form of bullying in a major way. So I want to be an example that you can be funny and be kind, and make people laugh without hurting somebody else's feelings.’’ - Ellen Degeneres. And now from the other iC’s! Jujujubo ll Director of Internal Affairs (2iC) "You cannot do a kindness too soon, for you never know how soon it will be too late." -Ralph Waldo Emerson ‘’at times, it is okay to give and expect nothing in return for who knows it might be your own blessing’’ - a tip of kindness from juju xGlad ll Director of Senior Executive (2iC) "Nobody said it would be easy, so don't ever give up when it gets hard <3’’ ‘’1. Respect for each other! 2. Being there for them, it's not even hard to be there and treat them how they should treat. 3. LOVE AND BEING YOURSELF!’’ -a tip of kindness from gladys Chuuukook ll Vibrational’s Representative (1iC) "be a light in this world" ‘’1. Respect for each other! 2. Being there for them, it's not even hard to be there and treat them how they should treat. 3. LOVE AND BEING YOURSELF!’’ - a tip from ifa DianeLuvXavier ll Vibrational’s Representative (1iC) "The people who struggle the most or get it the hardest will succeed in the end." -Jahseh Onfroy "A hero could be anyone. Even a man doing something as simple and reassuring as putting a coat around a young boy's shoulders to let him know the world hadn't ended." - Bruce Wayne blog post written by -amosiri,
