HDA's Foreign Policy
A foreign policy is a set of strategies chosen by an organization to safeguard its interests as well as achieve goals related to external affairs.
HDA’s foreign policy is to primarily remain on good terms with most, if not all organizations. HDA promotes the following attributes and aims on developing good relations with organizations with similar interests:
HDA also condemns the following (but not limited) attributes and organizations supporting or endorsing it:

HDA’s foreign policy is to primarily remain on good terms with most, if not all organizations. HDA promotes the following attributes and aims on developing good relations with organizations with similar interests:
- Treating all users with respect and equality, regardless of their status, gender, beliefs and opinions;
- Abiding by the Habbo.com community guidelines and ToS of other related platforms;
- Shared goals of progression and development;
- Similar intentions of peace and friendship between organizations and its employees.
HDA also condemns the following (but not limited) attributes and organizations supporting or endorsing it:
- Violation of any of the above attributes;
- Exploitation and gain of unfair and illegal advantage;
- Online harassment and cyber-bullying;
- Illegal and unethical acts such as circulation of personal/”IRL” information and content without owner’s consent;
- “Illegal warfare” such as hacking, “doxing”, “swatting”, etc;
- Cyber-crime such as Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, financial fraud, identity theft, etc;
- Real or role-play of organized crimes, such as Mafia;
Diplomatic Relations
Engaging in good long lasting relationships and actively making its presence known to the habbo.com community are one of the most important directives we aim to fulfill. We use a variety of tools to establish and maintain positive diplomatic dies with most if not all foreign organizations.

- Must be active and running with an active foundation team with monthly meetings;
- ID badge must have at least 500 members;
- Must be opened for at least 31 days;
- Must not transfer HDA staff (unless settled on different terms);
- Must respect HDA’s Code of Conduct and HQ and must adhere to its rules in HDA affiliated soil;
- No affiliation with organized crime or illegal warfare;
- Must have foreign policy and interests similar to HDA's.
