Stage One - Part 1: Adding to Discord Server
Take the transferee to the Transfer training room
Hello! Firstly, I would like to welcome you to HDA.
If you have any questions, you may wave and please do not AFK throughout this training.
We will start with adding you to our Official HDA discord server!

Add the transferee to the discord server
*If you’re unable to add them yourself, please pass the transferee’s discord username along to a chat moderator who will get them added to the server
Stage One - Part 2: Recruit Training
Now, Lets begin!
We will start with the commands that you will have to be familiar with.
FTF - Fill The Front - Sit at a front desk, welcome/recruit new members or let existing employees in.
FTF has the first station priority.
FTB - Fill The Back - These are the seats that you sit at when you have to be AFK.
When told to FTB, you must sit on the sofas at the back in the base.
CTH - Clear The Hall - You must clear the walking space located in the base, immediately.
F&C - Front and Centre - Stand, wave and say “Yes/Hello [Promoter’s name]”
You must not leave an F&C till you are told to AE.

Great job! We will now progress on to rules and regulations.
These are the Main Rules we demonstrate in HDA and they must be followed at all times:
1. Respect all co-workers.
2. Dancing, coloured chat, and effects are prohibited at all times.
3. Do not ask for pay or promotions.
4. Only speak English whilst in base.
5. Poaching, double jobbing, engaging in harassment or trolling in other agencies is prohibited.
While sitting at Fill the Front (FTF), your job will be to help new members join HDA.
You will do this by showing them how to join our badge & wear our motto [HDA] Recruit.
Please ensure each member has the HDA badge favourited before letting them in.
If they are already a worker here, their motto should say [HDA] followed by their rank.

Stage One - Part 3: Portal Registration
We use a portal to manage our data in this agency.
You will need to create a portal account to log scouts and log other tasks reviewed later on today.
Please visit hda.portalhabbo.com and register.
Your portal username must be the same as your Habbo username.
Change your current motto to the new motto that is shown. (e.g. HDA-Hw4yb)
You are able to change your motto back to your rank once the verification process is completed.
Once registered, please let me know!
Go to Discord > Text Channels > Requests and @Portal Admin to ask them to verify your trainee. Then, continue with training whilst you wait!
Your registration has been approved. Are you at the homepage of the portal now?
Wait for their answer
*(If you're still waiting for their portal account to be accepted, please proceed with Advertising training and come back to this section)
Now that you’re verified on the portal, please choose a promotion tag for yourself.
It must be related to your Habbo username.
The tag can contain only 2-4 characters. Once you’ve decided, please let me know what you’ve chosen.
Post the promotion tag they picked here.

Stage Two - Advertising Training
Let’s move on to Advertising.
Advertising is where you can go to public rooms on Habbo to advertise HDA.
There are some rules that regard advertising.
1. No advertising in other agencies/armies or stealing/faking recruits.
2. You are NOT allowed to log recruits that you assist/get at FTF.
Those who come to HDA by themselves do not count as your successful recruit.
Advertising is the first rank that requires a portal account.

Stage Three - Security Training
Let’s move on to Security Training.
Take the transferee over to the Security training room
There is a new command you need to be familiar with - "FS" stands for Fill Security.
Now, let’s talk about the steps you need to take when you are filling the security.
Use the command "-gate" to teleport the user in security to your desk.
Check for their badge and motto.
Our portal has the data of every member that works in HDA.
Once you’re on the portal, click the Security Search button at the left navigation bar.
Look up their correct username and wait for their profile to load.
Once you’ve checked their badge and motto, use any of the following commands:
“-base” to let them in base if they have the right badge, motto and work in HDA as per portal.
Make sure their motto is the same as the portal and have badges owned by HDA-Mother.
“-training” to send recruits to the Training area. Make sure they don't have any other agency badges.
They must also have the HDA main ID badge and [HDA] Recruit as their motto.
“-lobby” to send them back to the lobby. Use this command when they don’t have the right motto,
badges or refuse to leave badges from other agencies.
“-kick”. This kicks the user out of the room. Use this command when a user is trolling.
This involves not following HDA rules such as spamming, dancing or using coloured chat.
Politely ask them to stop, and if they continue to disrupt the base, feel free to use this command.

Let's now learn about how the Security search section works on the portal.
Let’s say the member “Amiss” is on your station.
Type “Amiss” in the search bar. Make sure it’s spelt correctly.
Please tell me Amiss’s current motto and rank from the information you have gathered.
The correct answer is [HDA] Agent II [A]. If incorrect, explain to them in further detail.

We’re done with security training! Let's move on to trainers training!
Stage Four - Trainers Training
Take the transferee over to the Recruit training room
You will be learning a new command, FT - Fill the Training Desk.
To open and close the gate in the training room use the command "-gate".
This command will only work if you are seated in the trainer’s seat.
Or you may also stand on the group gate and wait for your recruit to come in.

You can access this script under the training scripts tab and select the trainers trainer script.
You can do this in your own free time. Let’s move on to Operations training!
Stage Five - Operations Training
Take the transferee over to the operations training room
As a high rank, we expect you to follow the rules and be a role model to lower ranks.
We also expect you to understand that there are consequences that come with breaking the rules.

HDA has six different pay times. These times are 1am, 4am, 7am, 1pm, 4pm and 7pm GMT.

You can now apply for Special Division Units.
These units include External Affairs, Transfer Team, Internal Affairs, etc.
