I’ll be your trainer today, and we will be going over the commands and the rules of HDA!

Say “next” to proceed to the next roller after every chat bubble.
These are the commands you must know in order to function in HDA.
​Make sure to pay attention to these commands since you will be tested on them soon.
FTF - Fill The Front - Sit at a front desk, welcome/recruit new members or let existing employees in.
The front desk is the only station you can access at your rank. FTF has the first station priority.
FTB - Fill The Back - These are the seats that you sit at when you have to be AFK.
When told to FTB, you must sit on the sofas at the back in the base.
CTH - Clear The Hall - You must clear the walking space located in the base, immediately.
F&C - Front and Centre - Stand, wave and say “Yes/Hello [Promoter’s name]”
You must not leave an F&C till you are told to AE.

⧨  TRAINER'S REFERENCE
These are the Main Rules we demonstrate in HDA, and they must be followed at all times:
1. Respect all co-workers and only speak English whilst in the base. 
2. Do not ask for pay or promotions.
3. Dancing, colour chat and effects are prohibited at all times unless advised otherwise. 
4. Poaching, double jobbing, engaging in harassment or trolling in other agencies is prohibited.
Your job at HDA is to Fill the Front (FTF) and help new members join.
You will do this by showing them how to join our badge & wear our motto [HDA] Recruit.
Please ensure each member has the HDA badge favourited before letting them in.
If they are already a worker here, their motto should say [HDA] followed by their rank.
Make sure that each member doesn’t have any other agency badges before being let in.
Say “next” and take a seat, as your test will begin!

Great! We will now talk about pay in HDA.
HDA pays 3-6c (based on your rank) at 1 AM, 4 AM, 7 AM, 1 PM, 4 PM, and 7 PM GMT.
You can check the time on the clock inside HQ.
This will tell you what the time is based on, so you can check when the next pay is!
Now, let us go through how pay works here in HDA!
To earn pay, you must FTF for at least an hour.
At pay time, you can claim 3 pay points OR a triple promotion.
As a standard rank, you will have to whisper to the payer whether you would like to claim pay/promo.
You will not be able to cash out the pay points you receive until you reach the Advertiser division.
You must stay in base for 60 minutes regardless of what you claim to avoid getting pay-banned.
During that time, you must be at FTF to avoid being pay-banned for 24 hours.
Leaving early will also cause you to be banned from claiming pay or promo for 24 hours.
If you fail a random AFK check, your pay will be voided for that specific pay period.

To claim pay or prizes, you must have unlocked your Trading pass on Habbo.
If your trading pass is not unlocked, you will receive a promotion instead.
Please go to hda-habbo|com/trading-pass-guide if you haven't unlocked yours already.
Don't forget to log them on the portal. Go to Training logs and add a new entry.

While you’re not required to wear a uniform, you must still wear appropriate clothing while working.
You MUST have on an appropriate shirt and pants at all times.
You also must not clone other members of HDA without them allowing you.
Members MAY NOT wear clothing items that could cause dizziness or discomfort to others.
Finally, I'd like to show you around the HDA base.
This tour will help you become familiar with the different areas you'll use as a member of HDA.
Please say -base and follow me once you arrive.

This is the Transfer Desk, where people from other agencies come to join our HDA team.
The Transfer Team, who deal with this, is one of our special divisions.
Let's head inside the base now!
Please go to one of the seats in front of FTF and request to enter the base.
You will be asked to go through security. I will meet you inside the base.
Meet them at the FTB where they get bumped to.

Up the stairs, we have our Security station, where we check the members' status before allowing them entry into base.

You will be able to work here once you reach the training division.

Now, at the centre of our base is where we have our Help Desk.
If you have any questions about HDA or Habbo, feel free to approach the help desk; an HR member will be available to assist you.

As a recruit, the first station you get access to is the Front Desk.
This is where you sit to help new members join us and allow our current members to enter the base.
Make sure to check their B.U.M before letting them into base.
The command -gate sends members to the security area to be let in.
If someone is at your station with an [HDA] motto and HDA badges, you can let them in.
You can also send our welcome messages to visitors, which can be found in hda-habbo|com/welcome-messages.
