Transfer Guidelines
The transferee must be at their agency for at least 3 days to transfer to HDA.
- If a person has been at their agency less than 3 days no transfer.
- Transferee's main badge must have at least 100 members in order to be transferred.
- If the badge has under 100 members, deny the transfer.
- Transferee must not be a member of any HDA's alliances.
- If the transferee is from an army, deny the transfer.
- If they used to work in HDA and wishes to transfer back, offer them one rank below normal.
- If the transferee was a previous standard, then they don't face a demotion (only if they have been exclusively a standard).
How to carry out a transfer:
- Firstly, you must check their badges and ask for their website.
- Ask how long they have been at the agency. If they have been there for less than 3 days, you must deny the transfer.
- If they have been there for 3 days offer up to Trial Mod.
- Do not always rely on what they say, check the main badge for the answer.
- If the badge has less than 100 members, the transfer must be denied.
- They must have at least 100 members to be offered anything at all.
- They must have over 100 members to be offered the maximum rank of Trial Mod.
- If they match the correct criteria, go onto their website and find the suitable rank for them, taking into consideration the above criteria.
- If they accept the rank, ask them to leave their current badges and join the HDA badges (you can take them to the pennant room). Then you must give them the correct motto.
- If they decline the rank, politely let them know they can purchase a rank, but you cannot offer them higher.
- After they have the correct badges and motto, training can begin.
- You can use the advertising room to start your training - get them to create their forums account, post their recruit list and promotion tag, and explain logging to them.
- You can then make your way into the other rooms, and train them in security and training. Scripts for these are found on the site.
- Please remember, if there is no one with BA online, make a badge request on the forums and the badges will be accepted as soon as possible. Even if they don't have their badges yet, you MUST train them.
- Foundation Advisor+ can approve ranks up to Elite Command.
- Co-Founder+ may offer higher than Elite Command.
