The Events Team is responsible for hosting, planning and organizing event on a small and large scale. It is a team where talented and creative individuals who are hosts, builders and graphic designers meet. Events Team is also responsible for Theme/Dress up days that occur within the agency.

This team is responsible for hosting in base and out of base events for HDA. Events hosts are responsible for working as a team to ensure that events run smoothly and the participants are content and happy. They boost the morale and environment in HDA by hosting events and bringing them joy. They assist in event planning, preparation, and execution.
