Disciplinary Action Policy
All members are to portray and adhere to PROFESSIONALISM and POLITENESS at all times in both HeadQuarters (base) as well as Discord server, to sustain the reputational image of HDA & Internal Affairs.
Do note that inappropriate languages, rudeness, biases and personal assumptions when issuing disciplinary action, will not be tolerated. If caught doing so, you will be sanctioned accordingly.
NOTES for giving out disciplinary actions:
Upon witnessing any sounding offences / unclear situation that includes abruption between members in base, instead of taking matters in your own hands for complex situations like so, DO CONSULT with our Official IA Members or IA Leadership members for further analysis to be done collectively, to minimise miscommunications & misunderstandings.

All offenders are to be given friendly reminders for their first misbehaviour or breaching the Code of Conduct whereby the offences are within a low degree of severity. This also applies if the said member is a new OP/transferee.

2. STRICT REMINDER
All offenders are to be given strict reminders for their first misbehaviour or breaching the Code of Conduct whereby the offences are within intermediate to high degree of severity.
Degree of Severity is subjective based on situations. Hence, if a member is unsure, they may first act fair by gathering advice from other members collectively and based on other witnesses’ feedback.

3. VERBAL WARNING [Portal Log]
Verbal Warning is to be given when the offender repeats the same mistake upon being reminded. Applicable to both the Friendly Reminder and Strict Reminder Act.
NOTE: If you are found committing the same offences repeatedly upon being reminded several times, you are entitled for a verbal warning log.
Listed are the clauses to be Verbally Warned after being reminded:
3.1 Section 1.09 -- Never argue/ have divisive arguments in base and/or disrupt the peace within HDA.
3.2 Section 2.4 -- Promotion Rules.
Violation of rules under this clause will be verbally warned.
As Hovering in Promotion is an on-going offence it is best to avoid promoting:

As Hovering in Promotion is an on-going offence it is best to avoid promoting:
- If your Habbo is lagging.
- If you are not filling any station but you are standing in the hall which considers close proximity (6-7 tiles away) from the promotee.
4. OFFICIAL WARNING [Portal Log]
Official Warning is to be given when the offender repeats the same mistake after being Verbally Warned. Members/offenders who have violated more than 1 clause under the Code of Conduct are fully entitled for an Official Warning Log as such offences will not be tolerated.
NOTE: If you are found committing the same offences repeatedly upon getting Verbally warned, you are entitled for an Official Warning log.
Listed are the clauses to get officially warned immediately if proven wrong:
4.1 Section 1.06 -- Do not bully or do anything that could disrespect a co-worker/visitor.
This includes harassment in base or on social networks used by HDA for communication. Bullying and harassment is behaviour that makes someone feel intimidated or offended, including the spreading of malicious rumours.
4.2 Section 1.11 -- Do not ask/hint for promotions or pay.
You may be given a sanction for both if repeated.
4.3 Section 1.16 -- Do not abuse the trust that you have been given with your rank.
Your actions/behaviour determines your reliability. If attitudes perceived are deemed as abusing of authority, you risk getting your status or authority; such as PBA, IA Badge especially, to be ripped off you.
4.4 Section 1.21 -- Do not request or pressure people for personal details
Personal Details; such as address, drivers’ licence or other identification information, credit card or payment details, passwords, are to be kept discreet at all times. In other words, seeking or attempting to achieve one’s personal information could result in serious consequences such as scams and hacked-accounts and you will be held fully accountable.
Advice for Individuals - Always keep your personal information within oneself and do not disclose it to anyone online, you risk your own database and accounts to be hacked. It is ultimately solely-responsible for your own actions if disclosed.
4.5 Section 3.0 -- Violated the B.U.M Policy after having been reminded repeatedly not to.
Official Warning is to be given when the offender repeats the same mistake after being Verbally Warned. Members/offenders who have violated more than 1 clause under the Code of Conduct are fully entitled for an Official Warning Log as such offences will not be tolerated.

5.1 Section 1.12 -- Do not poach, engage in harassment or troll in HDA or any other agencies.
As stated clearly above, committing such acts will result in demotion or Fired.
Demotion is to be given when an offender repeats the same offences though they have been warned both verbally and officially. Offenders who are seen/found violating a few clauses under the Code of Conduct will not be tolerated, which this (Demotion) also applies to.
NOTE: If you are found committing the same offences repeatedly upon getting Verbally/Officially warned, you are entitled for a Demotion log.

5.1 Section 1.12 -- Do not poach, engage in harassment or troll in HDA or any other agencies.
As stated clearly above, committing such acts will result in demotion or Fired.

Firing is to be given when an offender repeats the same offences though they have been warned both verbally and officially together with the demotion. Offenders who are seen/found violating a few clauses under the Code of Conduct will not be tolerated, which this (Firing) also applies to.
NOTE: If you are found committing the same offences repeatedly upon getting Officially warned, you are entitled for a Firing Log
Listed are the clauses that leads to instant Firing:
6.1 Section 1.04 -- Do not self-promote or double job.
This will get you fired immediately if proven doing so.
6.2 Section 3.2 -- Inappropriate names are not allowed.
Members with inappropriate usernames that have sexual innuendos, racism and so forth, have to change their usernames. If the said members refused to join HDA with a different and appropriate username, they MUST be fired.
6.3 Section 1.12 -- Do not poach, engage in harassment or troll in HDA or any other agencies.
When a person is trolling in base, give a polite and firm warning that they may be fired if they do not stop. If they continue to be disrespectful, ignoring the warning and persist, it is best to fire them and contact a member with Room Rights to remove them from base.
OTHERS MEASURES:
Other than stated clauses under each disciplinary actions listed above, you may follow the evaluated sequence of disciplinary action:
‘Friendly Reminder’ → ‘Strict Reminder’ → ‘Verbal Warning’ → ‘Official Warning → ‘Demotion/Firing’

As of now, the Security Division will halt the utilization of SEC Strike. Thus, committed offences under SECURITY DIVISION is/are required to be reported directly to the SEC Leadership for further disciplinary action to be taken in base.

Strike 1 (Friendly Reminder)

3.1 Verbal-Warning-worthy behaviour:
- Failure to close the gate at the training station multiple times (thrice) before leaving after being reminded not to.
- Failure to close the gate at the training rooms multiple times (thrice) before leaving after being reminded not to.
- Claiming the recruit for training despite not filling training area or just sat down in training area, then, claiming the recruit for training without considering the other members who filled the training too.
3.2 Official-Warning-worthy behaviour:
- Filled Training Station & not willing to train a recruit.
- Purposefully leaving the training room without a valid reason
- Valid reasons: An actual emergency or the recruit is genuinely making them feel uncomfortable.
- Skipping lines off of the script, or
- Not even training them altogether
3.3 Demotion-worthy behaviour:
- Just being a troll in general at the training station and/or at the training rooms
- Committed acts listed under Official-warning-worthy behaviour being repeated twice
4. HIGH RANKS (IA/5iC+)
As a part of High Ranks, your behaviour and attitude in base are expected to be the role model to other lower-ranked members. Thus, you will receive a 'Strict Reminder' instead of a 'Friendly Reminder' for first time breaking low-severity rules. As High Ranks, breaching of the Code of Conduct will NOT be tolerated. Therefore, you are not exempted from the disciplinary action policy, if you are caught breaching the clauses in the policy given, you will be sanctioned accordingly.
As a part of High Ranks, your behaviour and attitude in base are expected to be the role model to other lower-ranked members. Thus, you will receive a 'Strict Reminder' instead of a 'Friendly Reminder' for first time breaking low-severity rules. As High Ranks, breaching of the Code of Conduct will NOT be tolerated. Therefore, you are not exempted from the disciplinary action policy, if you are caught breaching the clauses in the policy given, you will be sanctioned accordingly.
. IA BADGE HOLDER
To those who are IA Badge Holder, you are upholding the pride of Internal Affairs where we expect you to be at your best behaviour utmost when you are handling disputes in base.
You are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to ABUSE your position as Internal Affairs Badge Holder. When there is a complaint and you are proven wrong, your IA Badge will be removed.
Be mindful that Internal Affairs Strike applied to you as well, in any instance you are found to have violated the Code of Conduct you risk your position as badge holder.
5. HOVERING
Coming out from FTB to promote someone is NOT considered as hovering. (aka Promotion from FTB)
Members may promote someone that has been disconnected, however, ensure that their punch-in time is logged. Likewise, if a member got disconnected and meets the required time for promotion, one can seek a 4iC+ vouch in base to verify his/her disconnected time filling station.
iC members DO NOT have to be filling a station to be promoted.
Simply state in their promotion log that they disconnected (witness/4iC+ vouch), this is to avoid you from being accused of hovering.

5. HOVERING
Coming out from FTB to promote someone is NOT considered as hovering. (aka Promotion from FTB)
Members may promote someone that has been disconnected, however, ensure that their punch-in time is logged. Likewise, if a member got disconnected and meets the required time for promotion, one can seek a 4iC+ vouch in base to verify his/her disconnected time filling station.
iC members DO NOT have to be filling a station to be promoted.
Simply state in their promotion log that they disconnected (witness/4iC+ vouch), this is to avoid you from being accused of hovering.
- Vouch - at least by 1 4iC+ member
- Witnesses - at least 2-3 members in base
