"Love is in the air!!! do do do do do do, Love is in the air!!!" The special day of the year that most; if not all couples look forward to. A time where they can show their appreciation towards their spouse, their partner in crime, their lover. A special day where the exchange of chocolate, roses and teddy bears take place, with one goal in mind; happiness. Here at HDA, the Events Team Leadership decided to celebrate this event by giving out "Trophies" to people; delivering a person's message and appreciate to another whether it's anonymously or onymous. Being an iC Member/Foundation Advisor, I got to contribute and take part in helping the Events Team organise and deliver the event and honestly it was incredible to see all the love and support members of HDA gives to others. (Obviously I'm not allowed to share any messages without their permission, but I did manage to interview a few couples and close friends in HDA to gain an insight into their view and experience of Valentine's Day) "Valentine's Day to me is a good day to catch up with your friends, spend time together and enjoy each other's company" "I spent Valentine's Day with my friends watching Lord Of The Rings, mostly relax and chill. I guess the day allowed me to appreciate my friends and loved ones more" - Bogy "Personally, it was a day for myself, a day to focus on yourself and take care of yourself" "I spent Valentine's Day with Nathaniel. The day was amazing because I got to spend time taking care of myself; even if it wasn't a lot of time it felt really nice. It's a special day to love and appreciate yourself and your loved ones!" - Elyse "Valentine's day is good, a special day to dedicate to your loved one/s, show them our appreciation and spend time together" (The Following Response Was NOT Said By Ben) "I spent Valentine's day by myself>> afk at FTF to reflect on my day. I am looking for someone ;) so if you're interested you can afk/ftf with me :)" - Ben "Valentine's Day is different for everyone, some spend it with their partner's and others spend with their friends. Everyone's different and as long as the message for appreciation and dedication is spread it's a win in my books!" "I got to spend Valentine's day with a very special someone even though it was bit different; I haven't seen him in a month or so, so it was really exciting when I got the spend the day with him" - Maddy It's incredible to gain an insight into what Valentine's Day means to different people and their ways to spend/enjoy the day. Across all the responses I got, there was a common ground which everyone shared; and that was the appreciation for one another. Although the day is dedicated for lovers and partners/spouses, people have spent it with their friends and community; something that we can take notes of. I guess from this event, we can take out that the TRUE meaning of Valentine's Day is not about the gifts and surprises that is exchanged between one another; although it is nice. But rather, it's more about the love and appreciate that is exchanged between partners, friends and eachother. I hope you've enjoyed this very special coverage by the Blog Squad! and until next time :) - Written By Maddy, (for the purpose of entertainment and empowerment across the HDA Community)

For many HDA members, HDA 2021 began with a big surprise and disappointment as Habbo was no longer supported by flash (or the other way around). Believe it or not, we thought January was going to be the end of HDA when Emma (Founding Mother) announced the closing of HDA on Habbo. But if you've read it this far, you'll know the GOOD NEWS! and that is HDA have moved to Habboon :D After receiving an enormous amount of support from both the members and allies, a few Founders and members decided to move and setup "Habboon Defence Agency". So before we move onto the Grand Opening - I'd like to emphasis the role that Levy, Lucas, Roze and Emma played in setting up the base, wiring and organising the discord chats ahead of the Grand Opening. HDA's Grand Opening was on the 4th of February (Thursday - For Australians) at 5am :/ However, as you can see in the photo, we received tremendous support from all our members, allies and the overall boon community; which is something we are extremely grateful for as Room Population Surged To 44! The Opening Ceremony began with a Founding Family Speech, with Levy and Ben taking charge to represent HDA. The speech was highly engaging as members from all-aspects of Boon joined together to applaud and cheer on the Founders; if you are reading this, Thankyou so much for supporting HDA's journey on Boon both financially and emotionally. Now... in most Grand Openings and bildungsroman stories, the atmosphere keeps going up as the Protagonists (Our Agency in this case) continues to surprise and entertain all attendees. However, I have to be truthful in saying the atmosphere completely dropped when Munti began his speech (This is all for entertainment purposes); It was described as the worse (or best) few minutes anyone's experienced. Nevertheless, the speech ended with cheering as it brought unity and joy into the atmosphere. To make up for Munti's speech (His speech was great and the teasing is all a joke), one of HDA's biggest supporters: Shaun gave everyone Throne to extend our appreciation for everyone's support; and for taking their time out of their day to support this event. I had the privilege to interview members Poofhehe, Chris. and Alex, who were present at the event to gain an insight into their experience of the whole thing. My Question Was: How Would You Describe The Whole Experience? "it really felt nice tbh cause after what happened to habbo and when hda was closing i was genuinely upset and really didnt want to leave cause it was an escape from everything thats happening around me and when they announced that it was opening up i could not have been more happier and the event was like a cherry on top, got to see everyone together once again". "To be honest it was very fun and everyone was really like respectful and we had like 0 trolls" "Honestly it was a nice opening i think it was put together nicely and got everyone excited and hyped" Following the event, HDA invited everyone who attend the event into the HDA Base for a Base Tour but also a competitive game of Fridge game and other games. Congratulations to all the winners of the games and once again thank you for your support to the beginning/establishment of "Habboon Defence Agency"! The whole experience was incredible and believe it or not, HDA felt like a proper family for the first time since the BETA Announcement. The agency's survived not only through ups and downs but managed to sustain itself and its members during periods of adversity and uncertainty. It wouldn't've been possible without each and every single one of you reading this. It's the support that you've all shown that's kept the Founders and its members driven and motivated, more determined than ever and for that we will be forever grateful for you. But the question is What's Next For HDA? I figured that there's no one who can answer it better than the woman who started it all, someone who understands the system and the needs of its staff. So to end off the Blog, I'll simply quote what Deus/Emma had to say: "ngl i think with hda actually doing well moving away from habbo, i see other agencies from habbo moving over and we might be able to continue the relations we made with other agencies during our habbo days which will be nice because we came onto boon not knowing really anyone" - Emma/Deus This Blog was created by HDA Blog Squad - Amruta, Alex, Shay and Kei (Thankyou so much for playing a huge role :D)
