Q: Does activated charcoal makes your teeth whiter?
NO! Don't use charcoal, ever. There's no scientific evidence that show us that activated charcoal can actually whiten your teeth. It can actually cause necrotizing ulcerative periodontitis [Necrotizing ulcerative periodontitis (NUP) is characterised by soft tissue necrosis, rapid periodontal destruction, and inter-proximal bone loss. Unlike other periodontal diseases, it presents substantial necrosis of gingival tissues, and loss of periodontal ligament and alveolar bone.]  Q: Is hard toothbrush better than a soft one? NO! Even though it feels that it cleans better, you are scratching your tooth enamel which can leads to sensitivity. Also, a hard toothbrush can lead your gum to retract and once retracted, the gum doesn't recover.  Q: Just brushing my teeth is enough for a good cleaning? Just brushing is not enough. A good cleaning should also include flossing and brushing your tongue. Using the floss allow us to clean deeper, where the toothbrush can't reach, under the gum, this way you can prevent gum retraction and keep the gum with a healthy aspect, which is a light pink that looks like an orange skin. Heard of our Mentorship Program but never knew what we do? Want to join but don’t know how? Read this Article to find out everything you need to know about Mentorship!
What is Mentorship?
The Mentorship Program is a group of HDA Members who are Management+ that come together in a unit to take another HDA member under their wing to guide them through their journey in our agency, until they reach the Administration division. All Mentee chosen by our Mentors are from Officer I+ and remain with their mentor until they either reach Administration, or have become inactive on habbo and in base/within the agency for over a week. During this time, the Mentee is able to contact their Mentor about any questions/concerns they have about HDA, and take part in the Mentorship Competition! 
Who runs the Mentorship Program?
Our Mentorship Leader consists of both JE (Junior Executive)and SE (Senior Executive) Leadership teams! While JE Leadership mainly run the Mentorship Program, SE are there to assist the Unit in any way seen fit. All Mentors/Mentees are free to contact their leadership at any time, and once Mentors have chosen/changed Mentee, the Mentorship Leadership will keep track of current/past mentorships on the Unit’s Spreadsheet. So who are our Current Mentorship Leaders?
Are there any reports?
As most/all units, Mentorship does ask for Mentors to complete a monthly report. This report consists of how your Mentorship with your chosen Mentee is going, and if there have been any complications/issues your Mentee has had. However, when you first join the Mentorship Program, you will have a Trial Report, which will last for 1 week! 
What is the Mentorship Competition?
Starting this year of 2020, the Mentorship Competition has been created to push Mentors and Mentees to bond further than just their reports & questions within HDA, and have fun together, creating a close bond. The competition runs from the 5th - 28th of each month, and the 3 Mentor/Mentee pairs who earn the most points throughout the month, will receive a prize! As the competition is done in pairs, each prize is halved between the Mentor and their Mentee as below: 1st Prize: 30c [15c Each] 2nd Prize: 20c [10c Each] 3rd Prize: 10c [5c Each] At the start of each month, the Mentor Leadership will announce the beginning of the competition, along with the list of tasks/activities you can do to earn points as a team! I WANT TO BE A MENTOR! HOW CAN I APPLY!?! Mentorship Applications open every 3 months! This allows HDA Members 1 month to apply, and then 2 months within the program before the applications re-open! Favourite Food: thats a tough one, probably pizza/lasagne Favourite Colour: Fav colour would be Red. Favourite Place: My fav places would have to be Old trafford as i am a united fan, and i enjoy going to beaches especially on a hot day but as i live in the uk that seldom happens. As i live in quite a large city there is a number of scenic routes what are quite relaxing and quiet + in the summer they are beautiful to walk around. Hobbies: My hobbies consist of mainly ps4, habbo ofc, and hanging out with friends
Going through the ranks, how do you feel about where you are now?
To be honest when I first joined I never really thought or planned to stay for as long as I have. Nor did I ever think I'd reach my current rank. It's been a journey what's had plenty of ups and downs but mostly it has been positive. When I got announced as the founder advisory raffle winner alongside TJ it felt surreal and amazing at the same. I'm proud of where I am right now and I am very content and happy. What makes you come online to work in HDA? In general I mainly play habbo, when I have any spare time, or when I am bored. Which in these times will be more frequent. I enjoy coming online to interact with members and friends to see how they are doing. Tell us a small story about something important to you that happened in HDA? Alright so, After passing 4iC trials I got CoJE which was my 2nd choice division. I did well as a Chief and got HoJE a month later. HoJE was a tricky time for me as I was a lone wolf for a large amount of time as the Head and director who was in charge when I was chief, stepped down with like a week in-between them both. I had to manage a division essentially single handedly which was tough. I got used to the role which had a few set backs but I overcame the barriers and eventually got director which was a weight off my shoulders I felt so much relief that my hard work paid off. I got iC of the month in my first month as a director, and I had a ton of confidence so I applied for a few rep positions and unexpected I got offered the opportunity to be ria's rep which I took. Then from that point things have been pretty good, and now here I am from a combination of hard work, determination and lil bit of luck. Sorry ik that wasn't really short but yeah Tell me about a time where you faced conflict while working as a part of the team? Back when i was JE leadership planning meeting dates and division fair dates. those were stressful times and sometimes not all leadership saw eye to eye. Ultimately, as Je and Se leadership worked hand in hand we simply had to overcome these discrepancies and come back stronger . As they are essentially sibling divisions. Sometimes minor disagreements did happen but ultimately we got over these hurdles and delivered successfull meetings and divisional fairs What are your strengths and weaknesses? My biggest strengths are, i can show fierce determination when i fully dedicate myself to something whatever it may be and have i am a loyal person. I would say i am a supportive friend too and try my best to be there for my friends when they need someone. I would say my biggest weaknesses would be laziness, as i can be lazy af sometimes and i can be too chilled and laid-back , so i can take ages doing something or leave it till the last possible minute and then because of that things can get stressful and i can find myself in a hell of a rush to complete whatever it is i am meant to be doing. Where do you see yourself in the year of 2020 at HDA? I'm perfectly happy where I am currently, I've met my targets what i set myself when I first joined HDA & exceeded my own expectations. Ultimately all I can do is try my best and see where that takes me If you had to give a shout to one member that you have known since your journey here at HDA who would it be and why? Toni0390 I've known Toni as a friend for over a year and we've had our ups and downs during that time. We've had more positives than negatives. At the time I was SE and I went to tony for guidance or just someone to talk too as friend when I felt low. We get on amazingly well and she's so kind and friendly and caring. I will mention 2 more people too. pinasdasdas aka khadijah was the very first friend I made when I first joined HDA way back in 2018, but yeah I doubt she will see this unfortunately . We got on great and she is very supportive and caring, kind and funny. Last but not least rianna, for being a great friend and boss we have had some good laughs and you're so kind and caring too. She gave me a massive chance during my HDA journey and I'm so grateful for that I hope I did a good job. Keep on selling your fake shoes and stolen perfumes you'll get rich one day!!!! What is one of the most useful things that you have learned from HDA? Your HDA Journey will almost definitely not be a straight forward one it will have its obstacles to overcome it is important to not fall over these obstacles but jump over them and become stronger by doing so, and to try and stay determined even when you feel hopeless it will work out in the end. Lastly, friends having a circle of friends is essential to making HDA; So much more enjoyable and relaxing, and to socialise with them. HDA is home to a variety of amazing people you just gotta find them.

Senior Executives are the members of Operations - Head of Departments, that supposed to be a good role model to JE members. So, we keep on hearing things like;
“Hey, have you applied for IA?” “FA apps are now open! Are you applying?” “Yo should I apply for Events?" Do you need some motivation to apply for special divisions? Too shy to apply for anything? Well, these are some of the SE members that have been very active in special divisions! After reading this, you might want to apply for more special divisions!

(Events Team) How are you liking the Events Team so far? I really like the Events Team so far : ). It has added so much more to my time in HDA. Is there any difficulty you have faced so far? The only difficulty I would say is finding someone with RR when needed in-game. But nothing major. Other than Events, what is another special division that you would like to join? I applied for IA, which I think is going well. What would you say to SE members that would like to join a special division? I would say that if you want to join a special division, make sure it’s actually something that you are actually interested in, don’t just do it for the perks. It is way easier and way more fun if you have interest in the division < 3

(Financial Affairs) How are you doing in FA so far? Doing good so far now I can help on pay time. I really want this because I see how it works and feel great. Now I am sending my report. I want to pass this, sometimes feel bad because of lagging but it’s OK because this is for us. Is there any difficulty you have faced in the division so far? I guess it would be Promo Line because it is so hard to do on mobile and also when I'm 4iC I guess it will be harder for me but I will try it for me and for us. Other than FA, is there any special division that you would like to join? Yes I want to join the Transfer Team too. Are there any tips you would like to give to those who would like to join FA? I would like to say for those who want to join any special division is just be yourself. That's very important. Also, you can give your all since you have the knowledge, skills, and techniques, Give your best and show that u are eligible to be part of them.

(Internal Affairs) How are you liking Internal Affairs so far? Bored. Maybe I wished I had other stuff to do other than FTF, promoting, HD, report writing. Finished report writing early. So essentially, have nothing to do other than visiting base. There is also a need to do the quizzes which I will do later as I am 5iC. However, now as part of my duties, I feel more responsibility to interact with lower ranks. Especially because I did it earlier before becoming iC. 5iC doesn't feel much different from a normal rank. The IA leadership is nice and are friendly. Before joining 5iC IA, I thought it wasn't for me. Looking back, it was the right decision :)) Are there any challenges in IA? Or problems you have faced so far? Nope. IA sounds like a really big responsibility or gives the illusion that HDA needs such a department because some events have happened in HDA. But really most of the members are unproblematic enough that I need not do anything. However, maybe the leadership has another story to tell. Besides IA, is there any special division that you wish to join? I regretted not taking the EA application seriously. Told that I might drop out unnoticed. Actually I applied for EA before IA. Thought EA was a good option. Get to go out of base often lmao. Was really bored at that time. So may be EA :)) I have been chatting with more and SE than iC lol, So I think it may be JE or SE if given the chance. However for the 4iC trial application, I chose SEC and IA. Since we have new Trial IAs now, what tips would you like to give to them in order for them to pass the trial? I actually have a 13 page pdf with tips pinned by liya (liyagoesmissing) on #ia-chat.
