What do you expect from an ADoSE? She’s now conducting some interviews with SE members!!

Senior Executives are the members of Operations - Head of Departments, that supposed to be a good role model to JE members. So, we keep on hearing things like;

“Hey, have you applied for IA?”
“FA apps are now open! Are you applying?”
“Yo should I apply for Events?"

Do you need some motivation to apply for special divisions? Too shy to apply for anything? Well, these are some of the SE members that have been very active in special divisions! After reading this, you might want to apply for more special divisions!

How are you liking the Events Team so far?
I really like the Events Team so far : ). It has added so much more to my time in HDA.


Is there any difficulty you have faced so far?
The only difficulty I would say is finding someone with RR when needed in-game. But nothing major.


Other than Events, what is another special division that you would like to join?
I applied for IA, which I think is going well.


What would you say to SE members that would like to join a special division?
​I would say that if you want to join a special division, make sure it’s actually something that you are actually interested in, don’t just do it for the perks. It is way easier and way more fun if you have interest in the division < 3

How are you doing in FA so far?
Doing good so far now I can help on pay time. I really want this because I see how it works and feel great. Now I am sending my report. I want to pass this, sometimes feel bad because of lagging but it’s OK because this is for us.


Is there any difficulty you have faced in the division so far?
​I guess it would be Promo Line because it is so hard to do on mobile and also when I'm 4iC I guess it will be harder for me but I will try it for me and for us.


Other than FA, is there any special division that you would like to join?
Yes I want to join the Transfer Team too.


Are there any tips you would like to give to those who would like to join FA?
I would like to say for those who want to join any special division is just be yourself. That's very important. Also, you can give your all since you have the knowledge, skills, and techniques, Give your best and show that u are eligible to be part of them.

(Internal Affairs)


How are you liking Internal Affairs so far?
Bored. Maybe I wished I had other stuff to do other than FTF, promoting, HD, report writing. Finished report writing early. So essentially, have nothing to do other than visiting base. There is also a need to do the quizzes which I will do later as I am 5iC. 
However, now as part of my duties, I feel more responsibility to interact with lower ranks. Especially because I did it earlier before becoming iC. 5iC doesn't feel much different from a normal rank. The IA leadership is nice and are friendly.
Before joining 5iC IA, I thought it wasn't for me. Looking back, it was the right decision :))


Are there any challenges in IA? Or problems you have faced so far?
Nope. IA sounds like a really big responsibility or gives the illusion that HDA needs such a department because some events have happened in HDA. But really most of the members are unproblematic enough that I need not do anything. However, maybe the leadership has another story to tell.


Besides IA, is there any special division that you wish to join?
I regretted not taking the EA application seriously. Told that I might drop out unnoticed. Actually I applied for EA before IA. Thought EA was a good option. Get to go out of base often lmao. Was really bored at that time. So may be EA :)) I have been chatting with more and SE than iC lol, So I think it may be JE or SE if given the chance. However for the 4iC trial application, I chose SEC and IA.

Since we have new Trial IAs now, what tips would you like to give to them in order for them to pass the trial?

I hope by reading this, many SEs will participate in applying for more special divisions! All Leaderships have done an amazing job for the month of March, I am excited to see more of us in April!
