Senior & Junior Executives Leadership EmzyWah, | Purified | Heide | chuuukook | skylarrose12 This is a short newsletter to recap everything that's happened at the All Ranks Meeting and Division Fair hosted by the Junior and Senior Executive Leadership! On March 27th 2022, HDA conducted an all ranks meeting that we try to have at least every four months. We thank all who were able to pull through, even those who weren’t leadership IC’s and speak for each respective division! The meeting was a huge success, everyone followed the rules of the code of conduct and the participation level was everything we hoped it would be. Missed something? No problem. Here’s a recap of what we covered in this month’s meeting: we allowed each division to come to the podium and share updates for their division and if applications were available to be filled out for possible applicants to join a new division, some even opened right after the meeting, like financial affairs, External affairs is always open and of course, our mentorship program! In the month of February, it was reported that we ended our alliances/treaties with White House and LoG,sadly, dispersed as an agency. Despite these changes, we can say that our External affairs team is still going strong and interested in always building long lasting relations with other agencies. Mentorship program has 6 mentors and 6 mentees, in which are ALL active, isn’t that amazing?? HDA is truly on the move, we are so grateful for all who could be in attendance to the All ranks meeting. Now let's talk about the moment everyone was waiting for.. Can you guess? Yes! Our Division fair is back again, and it went in style! Huge thank you and shoutout to our events team for building a lovely room to make this happen and making the maze for our members to enjoy after the fair. When did this happen you might be thinking.. Well, we decided to team up with Events Leadership after listening to the suggestions of our members and make a division fair! If you don’t know, a division fair is basically where we allow our members to go around to different booths for each respective division, and ask questions they may have been wondering about what a certain division or leadership does, and see how they can get involved. Usually all applications for the divisions such as Internal Affairs, External Affairs, Transfer Team, Radio Team, Internal Affairs, and Events Team open up for members to join if interested at our division fair! We wholeheartedly appreciate all who could come support, including our allies and even our unallied people! Following the division fair, we hosted a maze also built by the Events Leadership to have everyone try out and play! However, prizes were only giving to HDA members, SV/VIP's, or Allies! The prizes consisted of: 1st Place - 100 Credits 2nd Place - 50 Credits 3rd Place - 25 Credits/Hc Box Each maze level had a theme following each division, and completing the maze till level 10 was how you won the prize! The winners of this maze are... 1st Place - Aiko 2nd Place - Mk_lorne 3rd Place - TBD A final special thank you to Event's Leadership for playing a big part into setting up everything!

Senior & Junior Executives Leadership EmzyWah, | Purified | Heide | chuuukook | skylarrose12 The Junior and Senior Executive Leadership have created a newsletter on the situation in Ukraine! Here you will learn about what is currently going on, and how you can help out from the comfort of your own home. What is going on in UkraineAfter the Soviet Union disintegrated in the early 1990s, NATO expanded outwards, eventually welcoming the majority of the European nations that had been under Communist control. NATO members include the Baltic republics of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, which were once part of the Soviet Union, as well as Poland, Romania, and others. As a result of, NATO shifting dozens of kilometers nearer to Moscow, bordering Russia directly. And, in 2008, stating that it intended to enlist Ukraine maybe some day, though this is still seen as a long-term possibility. NATO's expansion, according to Russian President Vladimir Putin, is dangerous. The possibility of Ukraine choosing to join it poses a significant threat. Russia's concerns about NATO have become more outspoken as it has expanded more forceful and militarily firmer. On the evening of February 24th, Russian missiles struck military facilities and civilian populations inside Ukraine and Russian armoured vehicles crossed the border. Ways you can help UkraineOne simple step, experts say, is to remain informed about the conflict and to be cautious about the information that’s spread on social media. Disinformation is one of Russia’s favourite weapons of war, and accidentally amplifying it can harm civilians. Another easy step is to donate money. Most large international aid organisations, including UNICEF, the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), the International Committee of the Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders, and the International Rescue Committee, are currently working in Ukraine and neighbouring countries, where a growing number of displaced people are fleeing. A number of American grassroots and regional organisations, most of which were providing aid to displaced people in the country before the latest conflict began, are also worthy of support. Here are six who accept online donations. Voices of Children Voices of Children is a Ukraine-based aid organisation that provides psychological support to children who have witnessed war. It uses art therapy and storytelling to support children’s wellbeing, and provides financial support to families who have suffered as a result of war. Vostok SOS Vostok SOS, which is also based in Ukraine, partners with German-Swiss NGO Libereco to provide immediate evacuation support to Ukrainians attempting to flee their homes. Vostok maintains a hotline for Ukrainians in need and, going forward, hopes to provide trauma support to victims of the Russian invasion. Malteser International Malteser International, a nonprofit based in Malta, has been collecting “everyday” supplies for Ukrainians who have been forced to flee their homes. “What is especially needed are everyday medicines, as well as cots, blankets, food, and cash to provide for the many people affected,” Oliver Hochedez, head of Malteser International’s emergency relief department, said in a public statement. United Help Ukraine United Help Ukraine is an American nonprofit that formed after the 2014 annexation of Crimea. It’s currently raising money to send first aid kits and other humanitarian aid to Ukraine. The fund has surpassed its goal of $600,000, but is still accepting donations. Nova Ukraine Nova Ukraine, also an American nonprofit, works closely with Ukraine-based organisations and is currently assembling supply packages that include diapers for children and adults, baby food, hospital supplies, and dry foods for a children’s orphanage in Donetsk. Sunflower of Peace Another American nonprofit, Sunflower of Peace, is raising money to put together first aid backpacks for paramedics and doctors on the front lines. In 2014, the organisation also raised money to build the first aid backpacks for medical professionals providing aid to those fleeing the annexation of Crimea. “It meant the world to [medical professionals] then and it will mean the world to them now,” wrote Katya Malakhova, the fundraiser’s coordinator, in a Facebook post. The fund has also surpassed its goal—$200,000—but is continuing to fundraise.

The Junior and Senior Executive Leadership have interviewed four HDA members! Two elective, and two non-elective members! Keep reading to find out information, and fun facts about your colleagues, friends, and acquaintances!
Hi my name is Charly and im 27 years old.
Their favourite colour is purple and favourite sport is Tennis!
A fun fact or special talent about them is... They can eat 3 bananas in under 30 seconds!
Im CharleneTan36! Call me char for short form ;) Im from Malaysia, 02's kiddo :DDD
Their favourite colour is pink, purple, white, and black, their favourite sports are Badminton, Tennis and Volleyball! They play a lot of sports therefore having a large variety of favourites!
A fun fact or special talent about them is... Singing and drawing!
Hello! name's The_Vinny nickname for Vinayak, been in HDA since 2016 whem was on and off in between till now, currently a full time student doing engineering, graduating in 2023 summer, there's someone who keeps me going :)), very lucky to have her by my side <3.
Their favourite colour is Cyan and favourite sport is Football!
A fun fact or special talent about them is... Cooking! A secret confession from them: "I used to steal from my mum's purse to play games at gaming cafe."
My names is James. Others call me Xho in HDA Base. I am the type of person that usually enjoys to socialize with people and have fun with them overall. I was born in Bahrain and was raised there. As such, I treat it as my home despite being a full-on Filipino. However, I enjoy Filipino foods way more since they're such delicacies to be honest. Aside from that, compared to most Filipinos, I'm tall but average/small on an international basis. I also loved joking around with people and creating jokes all around. Lastly, I enjoy watching anime and that I consider One Piece to be my favorite anime of all time.
Their favourite colour is black because they loved seeing the color black in television shows, clothing, and merchandise. Their favourite sport is Basketball because they love watching it since it's enjoyable for entertainment purposes!
A sun fact or special talent about them is... Chess! "Honestly, I am pretty good with chess and that a good skill of mine is planning ahead of time. So whenever I play chess with my classmates back in the day when I was 15 to 17 years old, I usually win by thinking of what possible moves to play. I don't know if this is a talent or what not but I can play musical beats with pens or even my fingers to create some funk beats." A secret confession from them: I would love to spill the beans on how I constructed my username because actually think it's unique xD. Okay, here goes. The username (Xhoforreal) is based off the adjective known as "surreal" and that I simply manipulated that word and turn it into "All For Real". As such, All is "Xho" but pronounced as "O (All)" making the "XH" as silent pronunciation. Thus, that's how I came up with my username.
That's it for this newsletter! Hope you learnt a little more about your fellow colleagues!
Do you secretly have a crush on someone in HDA but don’t have the guts to admit it? Do you find behavior someone does annoying but don’t want to say? Did you break the rules or know a secret that you need to tell someone but know if you do you’ll get in trouble, or worse, fired?!

Tips and Tricks for staying healthy!
1. Eat a healthy diet.
It's recommended that you eat at least 5 portions of a variety of fruit and veg every day. You can improve your intake of fruits and vegetables by always including veggies in your meal; eating fresh fruit and vegetables as snacks; eating a variety of fruits and vegetables, and eating them in season.
2. Less sugar, more water.
It's a good idea to avoid added sugar in whatever you eat, yet soda, sports drinks, and energy drinks may be a bigger source than you realize. Sugary drinks have also been tied to heart attacks, gout, and obesity. Stay hydrated with water or, if you miss the fizz and taste, naturally flavored seltzer. Drink at least six to eight glasses of water daily to keep your brain and body working well.
3. Move more, sit less.
That's the physical activity guidelines in a nutshell. While at least 150 minutes a week of moderate exercise is ideal, experts say that any movement is better than nothing. Physical activity has been shown to increase energy, improve concentration, reduce stress, and help you maintain healthy body weight.
4. Get enough rest.
Sleep is often low on the list in our nonstop society, but it's a must for good health. It is important to sleep a minimum of seven to nine hours every night to keep your immune system functioning well and for optimal physical and mental performance.
5. Tame your stress.
Everyone has stress; it's how you react to it that matters. When you often explode in anger, get stomachaches because you're nervous, or have trouble sleeping because you're anxious, it's time to make a change. Find a way to blow off steam, whether that's through exercise, meditation, or laughing with good friends.
6. Wash your hands.
It's one of the easiest and most effective ways to avoid catching whatever contagious bugs are going around. The key is to be thorough: After you lather up with soap, scrub your palms, the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails for at least 20 seconds. That's about how long it should take you to sing "Happy Birthday" twice.
7. Take baby steps.
It's tempting to overhaul your entire lifestyle at once. But tackling too many health goals at once often backfires because change can be hard. To better your odds of getting -- and staying -- healthier, make a series of small changes and work your way up to a bigger end game. For instance, if you'd like to eat a more nutritious diet, focus on breakfast. Once you get used to that, think about how to improve your lunch menu.
Simple workouts to do at home!
1. A Lower-Body Workout With Cardio Burnout
This isn’t your regular old leg workout—there are a few exercises in here that we bet you haven’t tried yet, like the runner’s-lunge-to-balance (great for speed and agility) and the corkscrew (a dynamic plank variation that’ll seriously test your core strength). This workout will test your endurance all the way through. And then just when you think you’re done, there’s a cardio burnout at the end that’ll give you one last challenge. You can make it easier or harder by tweaking the amount of rest you take between exercises in the circuit.
2. A 20-Minute HIIT Workout That’s Kinder on Your Joints
Lots of at-home HIIT workouts are chock-full of plyometric moves, which is great for some people, but not the best choice for those who may have some problems with their joints. This HIIT workout, which was created by Equinox group fitness instructor Colleen Conlon, is kinder on the joints than most HIIT workouts, since it includes lower-impact moves like side kick throughs and crab toe touches. There still are some moves that are a little higher impact, like skater hops, so if you’re not sure if this workout would be safe for you, talk to your doctor or physical therapist first.
3. A Full-Body Cardio Challenge
Want an at-home cardio workout that works your whole body? Then you’ll have to give this routine, created by Eisinger, a try. The circuit will cycle through five moves, which work everything from your legs (squat pulse), core (tuck-up), and shoulders (frogger). Once you complete the circuit for your chosen number of rounds, you’ll finish with an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) finisher.
4. A Plank-Based Workout to Light Up Your Core
Yes, you can work your arms with just your bodyweight. And a great way to do that is through variations of the plank, where your shoulders and triceps really put in the work. Created by certified trainer Lita Lewis, this workout will start with skaters to get your blood pumping, and then take you to the floor for the next three plank-based moves: push-up, shoulder tap, and plank forearm reach. The second circuit is heavy on the plank variations too, with the plank jack and forearm plank. You’ll be tasked with holding the plank for a good chunk of time with these moves (since they’re back-to-back-to-back), so if it’s too hard to maintain good form, drop to your knees to make it a bit easier.
5. An Abs Workout That’s Done in 8 Minutes
The good thing about abs workouts is that they’re pretty easy to do at home without any equipment. The not-so-good part? Abs workouts can be super hard, which is why we’re all for one that’s over in eight minutes. With this at-home workout, which was created by Amy Marturana Winderl, C.P.T., you’ll spend 30 seconds on five separate exercises, including dead bug, forearm plank rock, and plank up-down, taking no rest between the moves until the circuit is complete. After three rounds, your abs will definitely be burning.

Why is Sleep Important
A good night’s sleep can even help you learn new skills, such as playing the piano, driving a car, or even something simple as learning math. Sleep improves your ability to pay attention, make decisions, and helps you be more creative.
As you sleep, you maintain a healthy balance of hormones that make you feel hungry (ghrelin) or full (leptin). When you don’t get enough sleep, your ghrelin levels go down and your leptin levels go up, making you feel hungrier than when you’re well-rested.
Sleep also affects how your body reacts to insulin, which is the hormone that controls your blood sugar/glucose levels. The less sleep you have, the higher your blood sugar level, which puts you at risk for diabetes.
Not only this, but your immune system relies on sleep to stay healthy. If you don’t get enough sleep for long periods of time, you may have trouble fighting even common infections.
Even if you lose one or two hours of sleep a night, your ability to function will be similar to that of not sleeping at all for a day or two.
Not only this, but lack of sleep will also lead to microsleep: brief moments of sleep that occur when you’re normally awake.
While this won’t stop you from gaining weight, having a good night’s sleep will certainly be a step to prevent you from gaining more weight.
The more you sleep, the better mood you’ll be in, and that will not only impact your day, but everyone else’s as well.
That’s why athletes always try to get enough sleep so they can perform well in their respected sport.
What to do to help you sleep?
It helps you feel good and makes your body and brain function properly.
Some people have no problem falling asleep. However, many others have severe difficulty falling and staying asleep through the night.
Poor sleep can have negative effects on many parts of your body and brain, including learning, memory, mood, emotions, and various biological functions.
According to the research I found, here are some of the simple ways that help you fall asleep;
1. First, place the tip of your tongue behind your upper front teeth.
2. Exhale completely through your mouth and make a “whoosh” sound.
3. Close your mouth, and inhale through your nose while mentally counting to 4.
4. Hold your breath, and mentally count to 7.
5. Open your mouth and exhale completely, making a “whoosh” sound and mentally counting to 8.
6. Repeat this cycle at least three more times.
This technique can relax you and help you fall asleep quickly.
People who wake up in the middle of the night often tend to watch the clock and obsess about the fact that they can’t fall back asleep.
If possible, it’s best to remove the clock from your room. If you need an alarm in the room, you can turn your clock and avoid watching it when you wake up in the middle of the night.
If relaxing music isn’t available, blocking all noise could also help you fall asleep faster and promote uninterrupted sleep.
The fabric of the clothes you wear to bed can affect how well you sleep. It’s crucial that you choose comfortable clothing made of fabric that helps you keep a pleasant temperature throughout the night.
Watching TV, playing video games, using a cell phone, and social networking can make it significantly harder for you to fall — and stay — asleep. (especially if you playing Habbo at 3 AM :D)
This is partly because electronic devices emit blue light, which has been found to suppress melatonin. The light from a phone or laptop confuses the brain into thinking it's time to wake up instead of fall asleep.
You’ll be able to fall asleep much faster if you practice good sleep hygiene. If you need to use your devices late in the evening, at least consider blocking the blue light with eyeglasses or a screen filter.
There are three main sleeping positions:
- back
- stomach
- side
The research has shown that this might not be the best position to sleep in, as it could lead to blocked airways, sleep apnea, and snoring.
Although individual preferences play an important role in choosing a sleep position, the side position seems to be linked to high-quality sleep.
We hope some of the methods above can increase the chance of falling asleep without needing to use any sleep aids.
Why you should spread awareness?
Sleep is an important key aspect for the human body to function correctly and to have an easier day and lifestyle. Not getting enough sleep as stated above could stress you out more, affect your attention levels, and so much more.
Not only that, but getting enough rest and sleeping on time can make you enjoy the most of your day! Waking up earlier and getting the hours of sleep you need can help you create a more productive day getting more things done in one day instead of spreading it out throughout the week.
If you feel like you aren't able to sleep correctly or are finding it hard to go to sleep, feel free to always contact a doctor or somnologist (sleep doctor) to create the right treatments for you. Always pay attention to your sleeping patterns, even though it may not be so common sleep disorders can occur! Getting the right help can help improve your quality of life.
Hopefully the methods listed above and explanations on why sleep is important can help you get better rest! That's all from the Junior and Senior Executive Leadership!
Workers of the Week throughout December
These ranged from Operations+ to Electives, so everyone got a chance to shine.

HDA’s Ball Night & Awards Ceremony
Moving on to the highlight of the night, these are the speeches that our beloved Founders have given.
Happy Holidays HDA! I just want to wish everyone a merry holiday season to everyone,
this has been another fantastic year of learning, encouraging, friendships and love.
I'm so sorry I couldn't attend this event but I want to acknowledge you all for believing in us
and that we are the best agency here on Habbo.
We are a family and that means we always look out for each other. To all old and new friends,
I wish you all my love. You all inspire and motivate me and I hope we,
as Foundation, do the same for you. To all the award winners tonight, congratulations
and hopefully we see you all again next year! Cheers and celebrate! <3
Hello, losers! I mean, lovely people of HDA!
I joined HDA in May of 2021. Before that day, I always thought HDA is full of pretentious mfks
and I thought I would never join this place. And here we are. I’m now one of the pretentious mfks.
I was going to take a break from Habbo as a whole but Jesse & Mandy convinced me to join HDA.
If only I'd known I'd regret it. When I joined, I wasn't everyone's favourite,
in fact no one actually spoke to me for the 1st few months. Except Mandy, Jesse & Zee.
I don't blame them. There were rumours that I'm a terrible person. I'm not the best but damn.
I'm not that bad of a person… but anyways. It was all because I transferred to HDA as Trial FA.
I was given a hard time in HDA by iCs to a point where Mandy had to announce that they need
to be nicer to the new transferees. And well, I don't blame people for being unhappy with that.
It would feel crappy if you've been here for so long then some random bih swoops in and
takes the spot away like that. It was tough BUT it's just a funny thing to chat about now.
Now, I've made some good friends. I rekindled my friendship with Jenn too!
I know I always say I hate it here which I never lied about btw. BUT some people make it bearable
so thank you. I love managing the Events Team. I used to hate it but thanks to Christian & Jesse,
it's been a pleasant experience. Christian might be Emma's PA but he's been my secret
PA for 2 years. I was actually his PA in KoH but that's a story for another day.
I'd like to thank sakiyo for sending me the stupidest videos that make me laugh.
And also, thank you Rayshaaaun for letting me bully you every breathing second of your life.
Amina isn't here but she's also been a great person that I can talk shit about people.
You're welcome for the shoutouts.
Also shout out to Sophie for striking my bottom. Sometimes I mess up on purpose
so I can get striked by her hehe ok byeeee.
Its true that starbucks coffee is my asthma inhaler but I love tea. Like tea tea.
I know everything abt everyone, SO DONT MESS UP.. Mariah I am looking at you.
This is the first ball since the HDA x MoM merge
What a chaotic merge that was, only one person was NP ;)
Never in my life have I ignored chats so much
Soph still has PTSD & Matt is still traumatized for trying to keep the peace
But in the end, it worked and here we are today.

Transfer Team Leadership
|
|
|
|
A: The Transfer Team ensures that the best rank is offered to anyone that wishes to transfer over to HDA and ensures that each and everyone that comes in for a Transfer feels welcome.
What makes the division unique compared to other divisions in HDA?
A: We are the only division that manages players from other agencies transfering in. We ensure that all those who transfer in are offered a fair and similar rank to what they had in their previous agency.
Any updates in the division that you want everyone to know?
A: Nothing at the moment, no
Can you give some encouraging words to the Staff Members that might have interest in joining the unit?
A: The Transfer Team is an epic division that handles all transfers coming in to HDA. Being part of this team will allow you to be a better communicator, team player and make more friends! If you are willing to step out of your comfort zone and always very active in base, join Transfer Team today and have so much fun doing transfers for others! Want to join the team? Reach out to the Director of TT!
Thank you, -00, for representing Transfer Team Leadership!
External Affairs Leadership
|
|
|
|
|
A: In short, External Affairs is the best division, we look after our relationships with allies on Habbo. This is an extremely important task as cross-agency communication is extremely important, especially for protecting those who work within agencies. There's also fun stuff as well!! Like cross-agency events.
What makes the division unique compared to other divisions in HDA?
A: Well, I think every division is unique, otherwise there wouldn't be a point in having a separate division. We're the only division that specifically deals with other agencies on Habbo and building relationships with them! <3
Any updates in the division that you want everyone to know?
A: No updates as such... But I do think everybody should give being in EA a chance. Being able to make friends from other agencies will greatly increase your quality of life on Habbo.
Can you give some encouraging words to the Staff Members that might have interest in joining the unit?
A: Please join External Affairs... It is one of the most rewarding divisions to be in if you give everything you've got to it, being able to speak to allies and building relationships is such an amazing opportunity. You probably already have friends from other agencies, why not make it official and be able to be at the table with us at EA?
Thank you, Jenn-ifer for representing External Affairs Leadership!

A: We are involved every single day, 4x a day, even more when people have questions.
Any updates in the division that you want everyone to know?
A: We're planning on reviewing the pay system based on the Staff survey and see if there is any changes to be made. Financial Affairs applications are STILL OPEN!!
Can you give some encouraging words to the Staff Members that might have interest in joining the unit?
A: Have you ever wanted to sit in those special stools during pay time? Experience what it's like helping pay and to be involved in one of the best divisions in HDA. We want you to thrive here and the easiest way to establish yourself to get familiar with Financial Affairs.

Junior/Senior Executive Leadership

A: JE/SE Leadership oversees members from Standard to Administration division. We make sure all members abide by HDA’s rules and listen to their concerns to enhance a better experience in the agency!
What makes the division unique compared to other divisions in HDA?
A: Our division more focuses on listening to JE-SE members' concerns, hence, the HDA Staff Survey is posted every bi-weekly in order for us to know their opinions on HDA’s rule and policy. Other than that, we also make sure every member bonds well no matter what rank they are in!
Any updates in the division that you want everyone to know?
A: We are now currently open an application for a Mentorship Program! It’s a very chill and fun program where all Electives can enjoy their time with JE-SE members.
Can you give some encouraging words to the Staff Members that might have interest in joining the unit?
A: If you are Electives, please give the Mentorship Program a try! It’s a chill program where there are no bi/weekly tasks for the members, instead, we hold a monthly competition, which is optional too for the members to join! But who wants to miss a chance to win amazing prizes, right??
Thank you, AnnePark for representing Junior/Senior Executive Leadership!

A: Our division is about handling advertising as well as scouting and how to be an adviser. We who are adv leadership do is that we handle everything from scouting and competition to encourage advisers and others to try to scout and have fun and try to find new recruits who want to join hda.
The competition also includes prizes that you can be rewarded with :))
What makes the division unique compared to other divisions in HDA?
A: I do not know much about what others do, but from what I have seen, different divisions do different things and you really want it to be fun, collaborative and try to encourage members of hda to join.
Any updates in the division that you want everyone to know?
A: The only thing I can say from Advertising Leadership is that we plan to do a quiz and try to compare if the quiz is a way to get so many members to be involved and manage because scouting can be difficult and you may not get a successful recruit but we want you to do your best.
Can you give some encouraging words to the Staff Members that might have interest in joining the unit?
A: Maybe talk to the new Advertiser members about scouting if they need support on how to scout or other general questions that apply about the Advertising division. But of course we want to do our best to draw attention to and encourage them to have fun and learn.
Thank you, Arianaa20 for representing Advertising Leadership!

A: Internal Affairs is a unit where it’s members are tasked with handling the everyday issues that occur within the agency. In IA we focus primarily on enforcing the rules and regulations within HDA borders. IA resolves interpersonal conflict between its members, and are the glue to HDA that keep things running smoothly, and respectfully.
What makes the division unique compared to other divisions in HDA?
A: It takes a special group of people to handle conflict professionally and in an unbiased manner. Our members are knowledgeable about the Code of Conduct and are dedicated to keeping HDA a safe and respectful place for its members and all that visit us.
Any updates in the division that you want everyone to know?
A: The IA Leadership Team is currently Jenn-ifer as 1iC and purified as 2iC. We recently updated our IA Complaint form to a new link which is: https://forms.gle/dqCKsPRbdxq9PdBh8
We encourage anyone to either report issues via this form or approach any IA member with any issues. We are here for you!
Can you give some encouraging words to the Staff Members that might have interest in joining the unit?
A: Internal Affairs is a great unit to be a member of if you are interested in helping keep HDA the best agency in Habbo! To join Internal Affairs you must be an active and responsible iC member of HDA. Interested applicants are welcome to DM anyone in IA Leadership with any questions. There are specific things we are looking for in an IA member, and sadly not everyone is suitable for the role. There is no application form, but there is an interview process. Again, if you have any questions shoot us a DM! Thanks!
Thank you Jenn-ifer for representing Internal Affairs Leadership!

A: I will introduce you to Training Leadership. So for trn leadership, we handle a lot of trainer related as well as training in rec, adv, trn, sec and op training. As well as handles training scripts
What makes the division unique compared to other divisions in HDA?
A: What makes trn unique is that you get to learn how to train others and form a community relationship between coach and trainee. You also develop it by trying to train and show your own qualities from what you have learned during the training.
Any updates in the division that you want everyone to know?
A: In trn leadership, we update training scripts from all divisions: Recruit, Advertiser, Trainer, Security and Operations :).
We also do a competition about current training and prices are also included every week.
Can you give some encouraging words to the Staff Members that might have interest in joining the unit?
A: We want to encourage all of us to give it a try and if it does not work, you can get better at it. We want to draw attention to each other that training is a way to learn and also be able to understand each other both trainer and trainee.
You can develop your quality in training, which then you become better at training others.
Thank you Arianaa20 for representing Training Leadership!

A: The Social Media Team is a team of only four members. We maintain and update the HDA Twitter account as well as post regular updates of current events, competitions, etc. Basically anything that’s to do with HDA.
What makes the division unique compared to other divisions in HDA?
A: We’re the only division that uses a social media platform to advertise events, competitions, and updates. Whereas most units use the HDA. Discord server as means to advertise.
Any updates in the division that you want everyone to know?
A: At the moment, there are no updates within the division.
Can you give some encouraging words to the Staff Members that might have interest in joining the unit?
A: Sorry, at the moment the unit isn’t taking on new members. However, we encourage all HDA members to show their support and follow our official HDA twitter account @HDA_habbo. We host random giveaways on twitter as well ?
Thank you -00, for representing the Social Media Team Leadership!

Can you briefly explain what your division is about?
A: The Events Team ensures that events run smoothly and the participants are content and happy. We boost the morale and environment in HDA by hosting events and bringing them joy. We are also responsible for Theme Weekends that occur within the agency.
What makes the division unique compared to other divisions in HDA?
A: As each individual division has a purpose of its own, Events Team has one too. We have an exceptional group of hosts, builders and graphic designers. We are responsible for hosting, planning and organizing events on a small and large scale.
Any updates in the division that you want everyone to know?
A: We're always getting down and dirty with big hot events. You can check our upcoming events on our Events Calendar. https://tiny.cc/hdaevents (always be plugging)
Can you give some encouraging words to the Staff Members that might have interest in joining the unit?
A: If none of the above makes you want to join the unit then... we'll give you 100c if you host 5 events per biweekly? Please join????
Thank you Samia? for representing Events Team Leadership!

Worker of the Week Winners (29/11/2021)
A: Unsure but feeling delighted too.
Were you surprised when you received the recognition?
A: Yes, as I did not expect it at all.
How do you think this award will impact you in your growth in HDA?
A: It shows approval and gratitude for each person's good job which will help me to be more active and helpful to my other HDA members.
Congratulations Adlyn, thank you for all your hard work keep it up!
A: It was surprising to say the least. It reminded me of the first time I got Worker of the Week in HDA which was in my early days. Even then I didn't even know I was nominated until co-workers told me I won. I felt very nostalgic.
Were you surprised when you received the recognition?
A: Very. In my eyes, I felt like I barely did anything to get such a recognition. I just did my usual Founder duties but I'm honoured to get such a reward.
How do you think this award will impact you in your growth in HDA?
A: This award definitely makes me want to work even harder to prove myself to be a better worker and be an example to the lower ranks.
Congratulations Momo, thank you for all your hard work keep it up!
