Introduction
The point of this “Day in the Life” edition is to, in a non personally intrusive way, give an insight on how people who contribute so much time to HDA manage all of that along with the responsibilities they agree to when they are offered their rank. Another point of this edition is to also give a sort of “sneak peak” of the people in this agency, who offer up so much of their time to keep it running, in order to let the audience identify them as more than just their role in HDA.

Question: How long have you held your current rank: ShareTheCure’s Representative?
Answer: Not too long probably a few weeks..?

Question: Compared to previous divisions, how is the difficulty of this one? 
Answer: It's not too difficult. Mich -alias ShareTheCure- is really welcoming and helpful. I thought she'd be super scary to work with, but she's more of a friend than a boss and is super understanding. I couldn't ask for a better founder, honestly.

Question: About how many hours do you spend at HDA daily?
Answer: That's hard, as it is random. I'd say 4 - 8 hours is most likely.

Question: In what ways do you integrate HDA into your life among all your other daily activities?
​So in other words, how do you make HDA fit into your busy life?
Answer: Well, I usually wake up and check discord to see if there's anything reported that I've missed. Once done with that, if I have any notifications from friends, I'd answer them because obviously checking discord isn't that hard of a task :p. Depending when I wake up, I either promote or just fill stations and depending on the time maybe watch an anime. I'm still working on learning how to manage it, so I can do them all frequently without slacking on my duties.

Question: What are your general tasks and biweekly/monthly tasks?
Answer: I do quite a bit if I say so myself. I'm apart of the suggestions monitoring team, which basically means stuff in #suggestions I will give my opinion on. I accept and remove members from our alt badge, I promote sometimes. I fill the helpdesk and other stations when needed, I am also apart of Population Monitoring which basically means we keep track of our population numbers through the hours, I try to make sure members OTPs are logged in a timely manner, I am also one of the managers of our social media team. Basically I make sure members are posting and stuff, I currently mentor the newest DoIA, jujujubo, for the time being. Finally I am in EA Leadership as there Ambassador Coordinator- new to the role so don't have anything to say about it.

Question: Why do you choose to spend your time at HDA? 
Answer: Oop awkward time...I have no life. I choose not to. I enjoy free time partly because I am not able to have a job anyways due to medical conditions such as social anxiety. I am not able to have a super busy life like most also because I have trouble communicating in real life, without going silent. Basically I am SUPER awkward and  the game, HDA, watching anime and stuff is my coping and preference. But I can easily choose what I want to do, so it's pretty easy to make time for HDA. 

Question: Say the best part of HDA to you. 
Answer: Everyone who's apart of HDA, I mean all the people are great and the foundation are unlike any foundation team in other agencies. It actually feels like they want to be your friend and not just tolerate you because you are in there agency.

​How did you feel after getting the award?
​I feel great and thankful because my hard work and efforts in HDA Base
was well appreciated and recognised by HDA members,
​which I think will be a good example to motivate other HDA members to be more active in base.

Would you recommend getting the award?
​Yes, I would definitely recommend everyone to try get WoTW award.

What would you like to say to everyone?
​Work hard, Play hard. It is good to be active in base.
But don't forget to rest and have fun while interacting with other HDA members.
Trust me, working hard in HDA is definitely worth it because your efforts will
​be appreciated and awarded. HDA members are friendly, so don't be shy to ask and learn! :)

,Minarii: Hi there! Thank you so much for spending your time!
​How did you feel after your achievements in HDA?
jujujubo: I feel really happy to be able to be part of HDA’s 5iC+ as of now! Initially when I first joined HDA, I thought I would be just following through motion for pay & promos till OP+ until I met a few good iCs and got introduced to different division. Thanks to them (and of course, other fellow peers), I got to where I am right now! Fucking felt accomplished & glad to be contributing to HDA in my own aspect!

,Minarii: What's the favorite part about working for HDA?
jujujubo: My favourite part about working in HDA is where I can freely tell our JE/SEs that HDA is not an agency where we purely focus on ‘working’ w/o getting scolded. I LOVE seeing members of HDA (regardless of ranks) mingling & communicating with one another. Creating a family vibe and not a superior-subordinate kind of environment! That's what makes me feel so happy to be in HDA & PROUD to be in HDA!

,Minarii: What do you find the most challenging at HDA? How do you deal with it?
jujujubo: The most challenging thing for me would be issuing warnings or telling members off if they did anything wrong in base as some might feel that their punishment is unfair and then start to say back in defense, or probably felt that they are not in the wrong & start making the issue another problem x( But dealing with such problems aren't a big issue, just simply hear both sides of the party & work on the solution with unbiased methods so everyone has a fair share of evaluation outcome.

,Minarii: Any advice do you have for any members?
jujujubo: Advice? Not really but I would wanna take this opportunity to say: Its okay to go the extra mile for others at times, be it a friend or a stranger. At times when you’re able to give and not take is a blessing to yourself too ❤️

,Minarii: Congrats on being iCoTM! How do you feel and is there anything you would like to say?
jujujubo: Tbh I still feel kinda baffled to be chosen as iCoTM because I’ve been busy the previous month and my base activity isn't that good but I still do help out Adam (Otakutove) in Internal Affairs matters & the efforts are being recognized, therefore I’m happy hehe.

,Minarii: Lastly, any members you would like to give a big shout-out?
jujujubo: Definitely! w/o these people I wouldn't be where I am today:

BioJ- - Tho you might not be in HDA anymore but hope you can get to read this. I really enjoyed talking with you about misc stuff & playing other games with you when i first joined. glad you didn't see me as a low rank & not talk to me hahaha. Come back soon if you were to read this!!!

Adam - Hey boss/sir/bro, despite us starting off with a misunderstanding (in venting corner channel), I’m pretty glad that we still cool & all. I'm really really happy to be working with you in IA division because ? you  ?value ? me ? and ? my ? thoughts/opinions ? . That's not what every higher up does tbh and for that I really appreciate it alot. It might not be a happy thing for me that you've become a founder rep (1ic) but I certainly wish you all the best! Continue to strive and unleash your potential! 

Funstephanie200, LegendRey, potatoglad, rayner_1, iReddit, Relection, Speari, Prof.Grey, blueunicorn30, Brader-noobs, Lunarie, Putriaditya, .Rosieee., cjursss : Thank you guys for making my time in HDA well-spent tho spending 8++ hours in habbo a day consecutively is really abit too much. All those little hellos and goodbyes do mean alot to me & I really appreciate every single one of you. Hope our friendship can still last long & continue to work in HDA together for a long ass period of time together! 

Founders & owners : Thank you guys for creating/maintaining HDA if not this whole post is irrelevant & I wouldn't be back into habbo for any reason.

,Minarii - Thank you so so sooo much for making my experience in HDA so wonderful ever since I was an Agent I, slowly getting promoted and eventually becoming your PA. Eventually you gained trust in me & will look for me to rant & also look for me when you need help with your things etc and that made me feel happy. Always willing to be there to help you & of course I know you'd do the same. Can’t thank you enough but also... thanks for all the encouragements & guidance in everything I do be it real life or habbo related hehe and not to mention when you buy for me items too ? Up till today im still very grateful & I still see you as a leader tho at times you flirt and leave me alone in base crying at one corner hahahaha ok bye you know cannot type finish one all these.

P.S: I wish everyone will stay safe & healthy & strive in whatever we do irl!!!
