Hello friends! The Radio team is doing something new! We’re doing Sunday Theme Day! What is Sunday theme day? Well it’s pretty simple. Every Sunday HDA will have a theme for the radio. Such as Disney, Throwbacks, 90s, etc.  When will they be? They will take place after pay for 2 hours on Sunday. So that’s 4x throughout the day!  How are the theme chosen? On Friday, the DJs are allowed to vote for a theme. If you have a theme suggestion you can approach a member of the Radio Team so they can suggest. Why should I listen in? Who doesn’t love to listen to music? Time will pass while listening and next thing you know you’re being F&C'ed for a promotion. Plus, you will support your fellow HDA members as they DJ. Wow, this is interesting. Can I join the Radio Team? I know it’s very interesting! You can! Usually we have applications open. If they are not open you can approach kutybunni13  So make sure you join us next Sunday! We can all listen to some music together and sing along to the lyrics that we all know.

Going through the ranks, how do you feel about where you are now?
Well I made this agency with Emma and we’re both very proud of how far HDA has come!! What makes you come online to work in HDA? I enjoy interacting and socialising with members, getting to know new people within the agency and making everyone feel welcome and happy! I enjoy being able to help out around base; and contribute whenever I can. It’s rewarding to put time into something that everyone can enjoy. Tell us a small story about something important to you that happened in HDA? I’ve made some friends for life within HDA; and that there is what’s most important to me Tell me about a time where you faced conflict while working as a part of the team? Being part of the foundation team, I’ve witnessed many conflicts within the team and seen various people come and go; only the toughest survive within foundation! What are your strengths and weaknesses? Strengths - I’m understanding and I’m good at listening Weaknesses - When I get upset about something I’ll let it bother me for way too long Where do you see yourself in the year of 2019 at HDA? On top of the world If you had to give a shout to one member that you have known since your journey here at HDA who would it be and why? Apart from the Founders who have been at HDA since the beginning when we first opened - Emma and Lana - my shoutout goes to the hardest working iCs who I notice the most - to name a few Tanaj, Matt, Rosh, Elliot, Rosie, Mel, Bella, Travis (both of them), Kayla, Alex and Mikayla x What is one of the most useful things that you have learned from HDA? To be patient and understanding!!

Is it me or does a special member not like me, i was thinking one of the in Commands members, i'm not really sure but i have a feeling most of the iC Members don't like me? Well I started as a recruit, with no intention of staying for a long time. I was very lazy at the start tbh, and only came so I could get paid, but got WoTW, and then got people nagging me about why I never applied for 5iC and I used exams as an excuse not to. After my exams and LOA, I came back and applied and got Trial Head, and just carried it on and put as much time as I could here, just because I love the people and the environment here. I've never worked anywhere else, and don't plan to ​What makes you come online to work in HDA? Would probably be the people here, although I’m not the most talkative person here, I know that everyone is lovely and it’s always been very welcoming, despite a few bumps along the way Tell us a small story about something important to you that happened in HDA? Hmm, well when I was AD in one of the old bases, I was at FTF and had chloemariealt beside me, who randomly started putting cabbages down trying to trap me, but someone came to help desk so I used my magic RR skill to poof to help desk, I walked back to my seat and over the cabbages, so she picked them up and started asking random questions, and then sir Brendon came along and promoted me to his rep, which was very unexpected, and just boosted my journey a bit within HDA :] Tell me about a time where you faced conflict while working as a part of the team? I can't think of any. Think I'm quite lucky, as I've not had any problems with anybody whilst working here, excluding the trolls etc. Whenever I've worked with anyone along the way, it has always gone smoothly without any problems. What are your strengths and weaknesses? Strengths are probably I can manage my rl and this quite well, obviously some days can be harder than others but generally I’m able to come on at least once a day. Weaknesses are that I can be quite lazy, which with reports isn’t the best thing, and do sometimes just forget to do some things, and means I’ve gotta rush to do things and get them complete. Where do you see yourself in the year of 2019 at HDA? Just progress as I am, continue working when I can and carry on meeting new people. If you had to give a shout to one member that you have known since your journey here at HDA who would it be and why? Probably mitzi, aka thenephilim, aka the weird one with obsession with toes. She's stood by me through the weird and the wonderful and made my HDA journey a little more exciting What is one of the most useful things that you have learned from HDA? Probably, don't let people who don't know you treat you like shit, lmao jk (not really) Mainly to just be yourself, and don't take it too seriously, in the end it’s a game and its meant to be fun, and appreciate what's been done, because a lot of time and effort has been put into making HDA the place it is ​
