Food: Oh my god, Where do I even start? Singapore has a huge variety of foods. My personal favourite would be Hainanese Chicken Rice, which originates from here. It's basically chicken with light fragrant rice. It's as delicious as it sounds yeah ;)

Place: Well, I have a lot of places to visit which are on my bucket list. I’d love to visit places like Paris or Venice. Italy is my favourite!

Hobby: Oooooh I love running. Well, I used to run everyday but due to work and school, l haven't been running as much. However, I have kind of toned it down to about twice a week now (:

Going through the ranks how do you feel now at the rank you are at?
I’m very grateful to have been given a chance as Head Director (HD) I worked hard from Recruit to all the way up, From September 2017 - present [ with the exception of a month’s break in between hehe]. I feel like I can do my part as a HD and live up to the expectations.

What makes you come online to work in HDA?
THE PEOPLE. Oh my god. HDA has changed me a lot, to be honest [better in person okie]. HDA is a pretty chilled environment to work in, like there isn’t any tension whatsoever.

Tell us a small story about something that is important to you that happened in HDA.
The most important thing that happened to me was when I got promoted to DoFA. Being a director held a special place in my heart as I've always wanted to be in charge of a division and run that division smoothly. I still remember the time I got promoted I was having so much of happy gushes in my body OML.

HDATell me about a time you faced a conflict while working as part of a team.
Hmmm. I've been in HDA for 11 months now and I have seen small little conflicts such as JE's not wearing their uniforms or them playing with the switch and so on. I've never really been faced with a huge problem thus far (:

What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Ooooh. Strengths would be maybe the fact that I always put people first rather than myself. Which is also probably my weakness too.

Where do you see yourself in the year of 2018 at HDA?
Maybe promoted from HD or Legend (that is if i get a full time job by end of the year. Most unlikely but we'll see (: )

If you had to give a shout out to one member that you have known since you have been here at HDA, who would it be and why?
MOSTAAAAA. Probably the bestest friend I've ever had here at HDA. Stood by me during my lowest and highest, I don't know how I could ever repay him. Well good thing is that I've to got his back just like how he's got mine.
There's a few others here but there'll be a long ass list: Ari, Nate, Kaiser, Andrew, Sarang, Charlotte, Sheryl, Aina, Joie, Dane, Ced, Kim and not forgetting Sars. Thank you lovelies for being the best people in my life. Also, annoying.

What is one of the most useful things that you have learnt from HDA?
To stay cool , calm and kind.

I joined June 2nd, 2018, and was IA Officer II before the 4ic trials. Through the 4ic trials, I got CoEA.

Why did you apply for the 4ic trials?

I wanted to prove myself to everyone, be able to be and feel more helpful to HDA and its members.

What divisions were you interested in, and what did you end up getting? *

IA and EA, I got EA.

It's been over a week since you've been promoted - how do you feel and how have you been adjusting?

I feel amazing about it, I got the chance to represent Lauren and EA it self in BoD meeting and SEC+ meeting, I did interviews for our new applicants and learned new things in my time as CoEA, it has been an amazing experience!

What was the best and worst part of the trials?

Best: the challenge and the outcome of it, feel appreciated.
Worst: the drama.

Any piece of advice for the new trials that are applying for the August month?

Keep it up! No matter how hard it may seem just give it you all, you were choosen because they saw something special in you now it's time to prove yourself to them, show them how right they are! Also, best way to go thru it is take one task at the time, do not stress about it, start you report from the moment you start a task!

Lastly, what can we expect from you in the future? (Either in regards to your activity in HDA in general or what you're hoping to do for your new division)

Expect a lot! I am not planning on going anywhere but as high as I can within HDA! Always willing to help, always willing to do my best.

Hey! I started on the 7th Jan 2018, and was Adept Moderator before I applied for 4iC. After 4iC trials I was promoted to Trial Head and not long after was promoted to Head of Senior Executive.

Why did you apply for the 4ic trials?

I always wanted to apply but with school and exams I knew I wouldn’t have had the time. Once I had finished my exams I knew the next time applications opened I would have applied as I would be able to put 100% into the role I would have gotten.

What divisions were you interested in, and what did you end up getting? *

I was interested in applying for Financial Affairs and Security, but am now part of Senior Executive.

It's been over a week since you've been promoted - how do you feel and how have you been adjusting?

I feel it’s been going really well! I’m really enjoying being part of Senior Executive and everyone part of this division has been very welcoming and have helped me out a lot. I didn’t find it too difficult to adjust since the promotion as it felt like I was continuing as I had done before just with a few extra duties.

What was the best and worst part of the trials?

The best part for me was how everyone was so supportive of all the 4iC trials and how everyone part of the trials were helping each other out despite it being competitive. It brought a lot of atmosphere into base xD
The worst part was my own stress about the trials as I feel most if not all had completed all the tasks while I was still lagging behind until the day before it was due to be handed in. But it shows that it’s not the quantity of the report, it’s the quality and how you’ve handled yourself during the week.

Any piece of advice for the new trials that are applying for the August month?

Take it easy. There’s no need to rush in completing everything as they’re all going to be handed in at the same time. Also, talk to others who have completed 4iC trials previously. We’ve all been through it too, and will help as much as we can :)

Lastly, what can we expect from you in the future? (Either in regards to your activity in HDA in general or what you're hoping to do for your new division)

I have a lot of free time now, so I’ll be very active in base, and working with the Director and Chief of Senior Executive to continue ensuring that OP+ members are getting the full support they need during their time in HDA. Also, hopefully getting more SE members to help JE members feel comfortable and supported as it’s not just about working, but about the bond that you form with others within HDA that make people continue working here.

I joined May 4, 2018. I was a HQ Mod and now Chief of Security. I didn't jump much hahaha.

Why did you apply for the 4ic trials?

As a Moderator, I can’t write my motto right when it always turns to Trial bobba, Junior bobba and so on without using the short-form, Mod. So trying for Chief+ wont hurt me as much. No, actually I'm just trying to see how far I can be useful for our Agency.

What divisions were you interested in, and what did you end up getting? *

I requested Security and I got it :) Lucky me

It's been over a week since you've been promoted - how do you feel and how have you been adjusting?

I feel great. I'm clueless sometimes and the Higher Ranks being a real help.

What was the best and worst part of the trials?

Well, I get to know people more and did push myself to try things I never did much before. I learned a lot in this trial. The only worst part is time, the week I was on trial was also the busiest week in real life.

Any piece of advice for the new trials that are applying for the August month?

Be positive, do your best respectfully and less drama.

Lastly, what can we expect from you in the future? (Either in regards to your activity in HDA in general or what you're hoping to do for your new division)

I'll try my best to fulfill anything required of me and help whenever I can. Lets make HDA a better place together which is kinda hard since we're the best agency.

I joined in October 2016, was Junior MOD before, and am now CoE

Why did you apply for the 4ic trials?

I wanted to be able to experience what it's like being a 4ic and I wanted to learn something new.

What divisions were you interested in, and what did you end up getting? *

I wanted either FA or IA but I got events. Nevertheless I still love it.

It's been over a week since you've been promoted - how do you feel and how have you been adjusting?

I feel really confident now. At first I was afraid that I was gonna mess everything up. But Minnie taught me everything I needed to know and I learned really fast. Now I am really comfortable with my rank and I'm loving it so much.

What was the best and worst part of the trials?

The best part of the trials was cheering everyone on to not give up and completing the duties and also getting accepted! The worst part is waiting for the results LMAO.

Any piece of advice for the new trials that are applying for the August month?

I would just wanna say to not be discouraged if you feel you can't complete the duties. Keep striving on and do your best!

Lastly, what can we expect from you in the future? (Either in regards to your activity in HDA in general or what you're hoping to do for your new division)

I’m glad to answer this interview. I think I started work at HDA in the early month of May. I got Promoted to Junior Mod before I became a chief of JE, then became chief of Training :D

To have more experience about our Training division and make new friends

What divisions were you interested in, and what did you end up getting? *

I’m so interested in the TRN Division. I’m glad I became a chief of JE after all, but then I got what I like to be

It's been over a week since you've been promoted - how do you feel and how have you been adjusting?

All good and makes more interesting to me about where I am, I wish I can handle it great so y’all don’t get disappointed

What was the best and worst part of the trials?

Best on trial - I learned to handle and give importance of time doing my duties to fulfilled them before the deadline, all good to me. There’s nothing worst on trials, it’s actually giving some thrill

Any piece of advice for the new trials that are applying for the August month?

Make sure they know what division they like to be, where they can manage, and they love what are their duties

I’ll make sure my duties will do as always and I’ll try my best to improve this division to progress

I feel great and I started to become more active due to my duties.

What was the best and worst part of the trials?

Best part was actually participating at the trials. The worst part is the stress I had that week.

Any piece of advice for the new trials that are applying for the August month?

For the new trials, I recommend them to be confident and never give up.

Lastly, what can we expect from you in the future? (Either in regards to your activity in HDA in general or what you're hoping to do for your new division)

You can simply expect many improvements for HDA from me if I have the time to do so.
