What is Mentorship?
The Mentorship Program is a group of HDA Members who are Management+ that come together in a unit to take another HDA member under their wing to guide them through their journey in our agency, until they reach the Administration division. All Mentee chosen by our Mentors are from Officer I+ and remain with their mentor until they either reach Administration, or have become inactive on habbo and in base/within the agency for over a week. During this time, the Mentee is able to contact their Mentor about any questions/concerns they have about HDA, and take part in the Mentorship Competition! 
Who runs the Mentorship Program?
Our Mentorship Leader consists of both JE (Junior Executive)and SE (Senior Executive) Leadership teams! While JE Leadership mainly run the Mentorship Program, SE are there to assist the Unit in any way seen fit. All Mentors/Mentees are free to contact their leadership at any time, and once Mentors have chosen/changed Mentee, the Mentorship Leadership will keep track of current/past mentorships on the Unit’s Spreadsheet. So who are our Current Mentorship Leaders?
Are there any reports?
As most/all units, Mentorship does ask for Mentors to complete a monthly report. This report consists of how your Mentorship with your chosen Mentee is going, and if there have been any complications/issues your Mentee has had. However, when you first join the Mentorship Program, you will have a Trial Report, which will last for 1 week! 
What is the Mentorship Competition?
Starting this year of 2020, the Mentorship Competition has been created to push Mentors and Mentees to bond further than just their reports & questions within HDA, and have fun together, creating a close bond. The competition runs from the 5th - 28th of each month, and the 3 Mentor/Mentee pairs who earn the most points throughout the month, will receive a prize! As the competition is done in pairs, each prize is halved between the Mentor and their Mentee as below: 1st Prize: 30c [15c Each] 2nd Prize: 20c [10c Each] 3rd Prize: 10c [5c Each] At the start of each month, the Mentor Leadership will announce the beginning of the competition, along with the list of tasks/activities you can do to earn points as a team! I WANT TO BE A MENTOR! HOW CAN I APPLY!?! Mentorship Applications open every 3 months! This allows HDA Members 1 month to apply, and then 2 months within the program before the applications re-open!
