All about the Transfer Team!

The Transfer Team is in-charge of helping members of other agencies join our agency. Apocalyptoz is the Director of TT, phong7099 as the Head of TT.

What is TT?
The Transfer Team help transfer members from other non-allied agencies to HDA. These members are in-charge of giving offers of an equal rank to their rank at the other agency. If the member accepts, they log the transfer and train them to be a member of HDA.

How to apply?
The Transfer Team leadership opens the applications on Discord and announce them in base. If you are Management+ and worked at HDA for at least 2 weeks you can apply when applications are open!

What does TT Leadership want you to know about the team?
“Transferring people allows us to build bonds with new people, introducing them to HDA showing them the ropes. It is such a great team to be in enjoyable at that, Also do not worry if one week we do not get a lot of transfers just sometimes there's a lot then sometimes there's a low number. What did you learn about TT after joining the team?
“I have learned a lot in the Transfer Team lately, I have learned a lot of responsibility in my leadership and communication towards not just the members in TT but also the people who help manage the TT. There has also been stuff in TT which I rarely heard about until now since becoming Chief of TT and since I joined and happy to be learning more and more through my journey in HDA as Head of TT to this day.” - Apocalyptoz

“Since joining TT I've learnt it isn't just about getting transfers, it is about building a team and making sure everyone understands all the new updates. I've learnt how to make a conversion chart from scratch and that's allowed me to teach my leadership team how to make one also!” - cassidy4197

“Transfers aren’t as easy as they look to be. You have to check multiple things such as the conversion chart and if they worked here before. Plus, on top of that, if the member does transfer, you have to them yourselves.” - _Imagination

“When I joined the team, I learned that you can only transfer people from non-allied agency. I also learned that the transferee must be a member in their agency for at least a week. You cannot transfer also a member if the agency where he/she joined is less than 1000 members. Also, I've noticed that there are some agencies that placed in DnT list.” - CrimsonChrome
