Goodbye HDA

Everyone comes and goes, but the way people impact us is something that lives on. These people have done wonders for HDA, and I’m sure have experienced such great memories. Whether it’s because of personal reasons, or they just feel completely burned out, I wanted to get their input on why they chose to have left. I had also wanted to see the perspective of those who had transferred into a different agency, but eventually came back. For those who left, they will still forever be a part of HDA and will be such a huge impact on what made HDA such an amazing place. Their hardwork and dedication, will always be appreciated.

1: What made you decide to leave HDA? Why? I had to leave due to personal reasons in real life, but I’m not happy that I had to leave on such short notice. I love HDA and I still try to visit as much as I can. 
2: How did you feel when you worked at HDA? I enjoyed being at HDA. It was a wonderful experience most of the time. 
3: Comparing between now and then, how has leaving impacted you? I feel more relaxed since I have less to worry about.

1: What made you decide to leave HDA? Why? My reasons for leaving HDA were mostly personal, but I guess it was just my time to move on. I thought about it for some time before making the final decision.
2: How did you feel when you worked at HDA? I loved working at HDA, I met so many amazing people and achieved many great things, especially in my time of being in EA. I’ll never forget my time in HDA.
3: Comparing between now and then, how has leaving impacted you? Leaving was always going to be difficult and sad, but I’m happy where I am at the moment. I’ll always love HDA and I visit regularly.

3: Comparing between now and then, how has leaving impacted you? I found out who legit cared about me, and who doesn’t. That’s one of the biggest impacts. I still love HDA and still want the best for HDA. I have to think about what’s best for me, and sadly people can’t see that.

1: What made you decide to leave HDA? Why? I sometimes felt as if sometimes things weren’t fair with certain people in HDA, but they are no longer in HDA.
2: How did leaving impact you? Did you regret the decision? Leaving allowed me to get more experience in other agencies which allows me to be well rounded today , therefore I don’t regret gaining the experience but I regret not being loyal.
3: Do you feel you made a right decision coming back to HDA? Why? Yeah because with those other people gone, things are fair again and most people are chill.
