Q asked: How would you describe being an iC and what tips would you give lower ranked members looking to move up? AnnePark IA Officer It is challenging and fun at the same time. I'm especially glad that my friends help me to overcome the hardships and that's one of the big reason why I'm at this spot. My tips is to always be confident! Do not afraid to apply all the applications. Remove the "i'm sure I'm not getting it" thoughts and always stay positive 💜 xGLAD Director of Senior Executive My Job as an iC is to be a role model to everyone. 1 Tip that I would share is that to be nice with every single person in base members / vip / sv whoever. People will notice your kindness <3 Shikiri Head Of Junior Executive Honestly, make sure to speak to the current leaderships to find out which one really does suit you, or you might end up regretting that choice, and later on realize it’s not for you. I’ve done that in the past. Also, don’t let the fact your iC change how you are around base and with others. I’ve seen so many get caught up in being iC that they ended up fired or demoted because they can’t control their selves, and changed. Being extra strict, not dealing with situations right etc. Stay true to who you are. You don’t need to change to match your role, we want you to be you, and don’t change that. Yes we have to implement rules, but there is ways to go about it, and still get the best results. DianeLuvXavier Vibrational’s Representative Being an iC is genuinely so much funner than not being one. Yes there are more tasks that you are responsible for, but there are other iCs responsible alongside with you for those tasks so it doesn't fall all on you. There's a lot more excitement with increasing tasks as you go up the iC division systems. You have so much more accessibility to help others below you and you really do become a guidance to those that wish up to move as well. iC ranks although may seem overwhelming are generally exciting and completely doable. A tip to all those in lower ranks wanting to move is to be active, apply to trials and special divisions, become knowledgeable about the CoC, volunteer helping out in tasks, & manage to balance these tasks well. alliyah70 IA Officer I Being an iC has a lot of responsibilities, and you need to have patience and dedication. iC's are the guardians of lower ranks. They're there to guide everyone, to make sure everything is right and everything is working perfectly to make sure HDA has a safe and joyful environment. I'd say my tips for lower ranks are to work hard, and don't stop trying. Patience and believing in yourself are keys to success ♥ FunStephanie200 Senior President Being an iC is definitely someone who will look up to u and it means that you have to also have to be helpful. So for me I will guide the JE/SE by telling them the correct thing to do or I will normally interact with them and tell them to ask me any questions freely so they can also clear their doubts. It also makes them feel like they want to be like you next time since there’s definitely more responsibilities that iC have but not giving up is the only that iC should have in mind. :D macambaek_ Trial Mod More responsibilities like tasks to look out for and complete within a specific time frame, commitments such as having to be online in base for hours and days and showing an exemplary character to the lower ranks. A tip would be to just stay active and work hard in base (when it is time to work, do not idle at the station), be polite and friendly to everyone, obey the rules of HDA and most importantly, create memories! Participate in games hosted by the events team so that you can make new friends or bond with the existing workers or as simple as giving every staff a drink, you will feel good about it ;) chuuukook Vibrational’s Representative Sometimes it's hard but believe me, you will get used to it and just enjoy it! It's fun and the best ever experience for you. Some tips, just be yourself and continue in doing great work and you will be part of iCs in no time. BUT! Don't overworked or be stress out yourself <3 naysarahx Assistant Director [AD] Well as an iC, i would think it's more about keeping in line, so that you are a role model towards the lower ranks and you should be active. Being an iC it means your duties you are assigned are important and you should be delivering it on time when asked. Tips i would give to the JE+ is to make sure you're active, and hardworking since we are looking for hard working members. Also to not work a lot that you don't have enough time to talk to your friends - so make sure you balance. When also ranking up, always include your friends, and don't think they're such losers being lower then me. ,Minarii blueunicorn30's rep My job as Founder's rep is representing my Founder, regardless attitude and behavior. My first tip for lower ranks will be always nice and kind to everyone, regardless any ranks. You will never know what happens next. ;) -amosiri, President As an IC it is my job to make sure that all stations are being run smoothly in base and participate in other tasks such as individual tasks. Being an iC will increase your experience and how to be a role model for others. It is hard work but in the end it is something that you’ll never forget. Being an iC is an awesome experience and increases your knowledge about HDA and what goes on behind the scenes of HDA. Tips for those who are applying would be: -Always be yourself -Do your best -Enjoy yourself gmcgraw Trial Elite Command Good, better, best. Never let it rest.
