Going through the ranks, how do you feel about where you are now?
I mean I was always slow going through the ranks & I was reaallyyy antisocial, I took so long to even apply for special divisions, but considering I was offered a Rep spot by both Brendon & Lana i'm still so grateful and couldn't of asked for a better position. What makes you come online to work in HDA? Probably all my friends i've made along the way especially the nub ones Tell us a small story about something important to you that happened in HDA? Okay so when I joined back I became Brendon's PA and I was planning to work my way through the ranks again. So one Sunday we were chatting and he F&C'ed me, which I expected a normal promotion but nope I got his rep which I was so fkn shocked about. Tell me about a time where you faced conflict while working as a part of the team? I rarely face conflict since most things are resolved pretty quickly with some open-mindedness & understanding, though i know I can be very annoying when it comes to getting things logged right. What are your strengths and weaknesses? My weakness would probably be that I procrastinate a lot or mostly everything and I mean my strength might be that I’m always willing to help! Where do you see yourself in the year of 2019 at HDA? Staying committed to HDA & continuing what I’m doing now! If you had to give a shout to one member that you have known since your journey here at HDA who would it be and why? I mean I have met so many amazing people so far in HDA and it’s so hard to pick one. Would definitely shoutout my sister for forcing me to join HDA and getting me addicted. Some amazing others would be Aleesha, Kaiser, Martini, Ainaa, Niknok, Dedced, Rosie, celiba, Alex, Andrew, Sars, Chand, Rika and Edd, who have helped me to get to the position I am today. Okay that’s a lot but we can’t forget all the hardworking iCs atm and everyone that’s been part of HDA’s journey! What is one of the most useful things that you have learned from HDA? I feel live I’ve grown stronger as a person to deal with criticism and learn from mistakes. I’ve also learnt a lot about Google Docs and how to prioritise the right things haha.
