'Going through the ranks how do you feel now at the rank you are at?
I feel a lot busier now! At this point in time I feel like I've learnt a lot and gained a lot of new friendships and colleagues as I worked my way up to this point. I'm really happy with my rank and I really enjoy the tasks that come with DoEA and Emzywah’s Rep. Couldn't ask for more. What makes you come online to work in HDA? If i was asked this question back before I reached 5iC my answer would have been "so I can rank up" but at this point in time it's so much more. HDA has become a part of my routine and I'm not good at breaking routine! I haven't been here for long but it sure feels like it, I love the familiarity of being able to come online everyday and talk to the same wonderful people and it'd be hard to break that routine now. Tell us a small story about something that is important to you that happen in HDA. Something important... I have a terrible memory so I'm struggling to pull up an exact moment but I think the most important memories for me are all the little compliments and congratulations I've gotten from higher ranks over the time. I don't think I'd be at this point without all the help and support I've gotten from other members. It made me so giddy when HRs told me I had "potential" and many other things. Maybe I'm just an approval seeker but without little things like that I don't think I would've tried as hard. That's what's been important for me. Tell me about a time you faced a conflict while working as part of a team. In honesty????? I haven't had a single conflict between another member nor have I been involved in one. Unless my memory is fading again (likely) I remember nothing. The team work here is never subpar. What are your strengths and weakness? My strengths have always been something hard for me to identify, and I think most people face the same problem. But I think???? maybe??? That I'm reliable and diligent? Perhaps? And my biggest weakness by far is my lack of self discipline and motivation at times (most times) Where do you see yourself in the year of 2019 at HDA? I see myself still spending majority of my time in FTB and hopefully just as active, but I don't think that'll be much of a feat. I want to become a member that lower ranks seek for guidance and an absolute cool kid legend. I guess only the future can tell ;) If you had to give a shout out to one member that you have known since you been here at HDA who it would be and why? Oh Kaiser (-Temporarily) for sure. He's the reason I'm here as a represetative today. Couldn't of done it without him, he's always been there for me to answer questions and give me advice, and continues to do so. Thanks Kaiser ^-^ <3 What is one of the most useful things that you have learned from HDA? I have learnt that despite anything going on in my everyday life, that there are people here who support me and will always be there. Strong friendships are hard to come by but at HDA location, appearance and age (among other things) don't affect them! I can always trust the people here to be judgemental only in the best of ways. To Ms. Ruby/Guccifies you're a gift to those around you! I'm grateful to know you. You should be proud of yourself for reaching that rank. Always remember you're really something special.
